My co-workers and I we're ordering some lunch today. as of now I'm eating my lunch. i can't taste the rice pelaf is spoiled. Very disappointed from this restaurant. Never again, eating at this restaurant 😒
So, we had an issue with Logan’s. I won’t even delve into what it was. What I will say, is the enthusiasm and professionalism with which they dealt with it was genuinely surprising. They made the problem right, went through the steps so it wouldn’t happen again, and made us feel like we were genuinely valued. The food there is always good, but it’s service like that, that guarantees we’ll be back. Five stars.
