Logan's Roadhouse

Terrible place to get a steak of any cut. Waitress came out methed out of her mind, took our orders haphazardly, then disappeared. 30 minutes go by, and come to find out she left without letting the kitchen know about our orders. Another waiter came out and took our orders, and brought out quite possibly the worst steaks my group and I have ever had the displeasure of eating. The NY strips were so fatty and rubbery, not sure how a steak can be your main attraction, and you don't even know how to cook one.

Ordered a New York strip. Fed it to our dog. She didn’t mind it.

Food was okay, my first steak had a printer receipt stuck to the bottom of it with a toothpick holding it. Service was a 10, all the staff were very nice. Our waitress was super nice.

Went to Logan's this past Friday evening... from the moment we got to the door, everyone was so friendly. We even asked to sit close to a TV to be able to watch baseball. They even changed TV to the SEC station! The service was fantastic. Glass didn't get empty, nor did the basket of rolls. Steak was cooked to perfection with great flavor. I can not say enough how nice it was to have GREAT service.

The young server Dawson was top notch amazing. Very courteous, friendly and so sweet. The food and atmosphere was great as well but Dawson was the best part of our experience.

I will not be back to this location. The waitress did a good job. The silverware was dirty, waitress had to wash it by hand, the sweet tea tasted like mop water, they were not very busy at all but it took 45 minutes to get our food. Our shrimp appetizer didnt taste good at all. I ordered green beans and got a sweet potato instead. Called it to the attention of our waitress who acknowledged I was correct and by the time I received my green beans I was finished with my meal.

AMAZING SERVICE! STEAKS ARE JUICY AND TENDER AND MUCH MORE FLAVORFUL THAN OTHER STEAK PLACES. LOVE SERVERS! ALAINA H, WAS AMAZING! KIND, FUNNY, AND VERY INFORMATIVE!!

I came to eat here this evening, and couldn't help but notice the way this lady was treating one of the servers... She decided to pick up and leave after ordeing what looked to be a large order and i couldn't help but feel bad for the waiter who I'm sure got into trouble simple because this customer was having a bad day I guess... Didn't appreciate what I saw...

I was there in lake Charles, Logan's roadhouse great food six years ago now I am in Mishawaka Indiana, still great restaurants 👍🏽
