I order takeout. It takes forever to get your food. No one helps you until you've been sitting there and waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes. The portions are small and overpriced. I have no plans to go back there.

Through DoorDash I ordered the fried chicken Cobb salad and an extra garden salad because I wanted more of the onions and cucumbers and tomatoes for the Cobb salad. The Cobb salad was a joke-I got no bacon, no onion, no croutons, no avocado, 2 slices of cucumber, and 4 tiny pieces of tomato. The side salad had nothing but greens and a few slivers of cheese. This stuff cost me nearly $25 for a bunch of greens, cheese and a little bit of chicken. Not impressed!!! I almost forgot-no hard boiled egg either!

The food was good as always.. I always eat there but unfortunately tonight I got the chicken dinner that comes with 2 sides and only got one side and my husband meatloaf was so small hate I experienced this but for how much we spent it wasn't worth it...definitely will not be going back sorry..

I'm never disappointed at Logins but our last visit was the best experience. The host was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. The waitress and her trainee where very sweet and efficient. I strongly recommend this place.

The food and service were good. I don't make it here much. Mainly because of the location. It is 3 pm and the restaurant is slow. The server Iilyiah was professional and friendly. The chicken ? fried steak was good. The fries were a little cold.

Came in on a week night and was evident they were having a rough night at the bar. Was during some bad weather so I was trying to be understanding. Did not get rolls until after entree and the salad came after my entree as well. Tap water was awful would have been nice if they had bottle of water option ie Perrier etc. Road warrior and eat this brand often and was evident the floor managers did not know how to support their staff very well. This one the worse location I have eaten at recently unfortunately. Positive was the steak and chicken was well cooked and hit the spot!
Steak was tuff as heck ,messed up on my drink it was supposed to be frozen got it on the rocks ,my baked potato was plain just cheese and bacon when it was supposed to be loaded,not a happy camper for $60+ worth of service thanks Logan’s roadhouse of lake Charles

Ordered medium steaks, came out well done with no flavor. Service was non-existent. We were sitting by the bar and heard complaints about two different types or beer being bad and needing someone to come and check out their draft setup. (Manager told the bar tender that)

The manager was great . Dec 8..about 3:30 ..he made sure we had a table for 18 people ..thank you so much .. Everything was great. .we so much enjoyed our self...the waitress was great she made sure everyone had what that needed .. you ll go by for lunch or dinner and enjoyed good food ....
