Good chicken and sides, just a long wait for your drive thru orders. I have to wait a long time for my orders. I had to go in twice to get orders, because they were playing around, or taking care of customers that walked in after I had been waiting for my order. Watched the girl take care of 3 customers that walked in, while my food was sitting on the counter getting cold!

Good hot fried chicken from Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken and Seafood. I'm from Baton Rouge, Louisiana working in Lake Charles, and I pass by this restaurant daily to and from work. On Tuesday 02/27/24 at 7:30PM, I visited the location located at 401 E. Prien Lake Rd in Lake Charles, LA 70601 to give them a tray and I wasn't disappointed. The building is updated, and the parking lot was very clean. Upon entering the lobby, I could smell the aroma of the fried chicken. The order taking area and the lobby were both clean and guest friendly. The customer service was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive to my needs. Since this was my first visit to this location, the customer service order taker took her time to help me navigate the simple menu and offered suggestions to help me place my order. I only wanted chicken, so I ordered chicken by the piece (breast, leg, & wing) which totaled $7.67 with tax. My order was quickly expedited and ready in less than 3 minutes. The chicken was hot, delicious, and served with a roll; however, the chicken does have a little kick to it (spicy), but I like spicy food with a kick. Unlike, Popeyes, the pieces are big and crunchy. Not only was I thanked with a smile for patronizing the business after receiving my order, but an employee outside who was on break took the time to acknowledge me and thanked. Thank you to the staff at this location for making me feel like a valued customer.

The chicken was very good. Spiced right and portions were nice in size. I did not care for the red beans and rice the were kinda bland for my taste. The value was very good.

I ordered crawfish fried rice it was actually disgusting . It was hard like half way cooked like they were rushing to make my food . I also ordered a 10 piece dark i didnt even get my chicken they gave my driver one bag ! This place is unprofessional in every aspect wouldn’t recommend at all and I had high hopes .

The food tasted great, and I had a positive experience with the girl working at the counter. She was incredibly polite and served the food exceptionally well. Her name was Roshni I guess, or it sounded like something similar.
