It was the best fried chicken that we've had in a long time. Service was good. Coleslaw was fresh.

Like most restaurants this one started off really good but starting last week it went down hill. I love fried gizzards and Lake Charles don't have many places who have good fried gizzards but this started out like it would be the winning place. 1st, 2nd and 3rd visit were great but the 4th visit the gizzards were so small (they promised me extra gizzards at my next visit but they didn't honor that and I'm almost glad they didn't because the gizzards were horrible). I tried to give them another chance and today was the final straw with the gizzards have not having any flavor and very little batter on them. They almost tasted like they had been refried after sitting under a heat lamp.

Old grease, cleanest ‘dirty rice’ in the world. Under seasoned. Just go to Cane’s or Popeyes.

Waited about five minutes at the window to get my order in, the employees were on their phones, then I waited at least 20 minutes for my order which was missing items.

grease is extremely old and chicken taste burnt and meat dry. paid $4 for not even a whole piece of carrot cake never again
