Level up to compete guys. It was my birthday, and this experience was such a disappointment. Starting with the sour puss that ignored us when we walked in. She could have put some effort into how she looked before she came to work to ignore guests.
I ordered surf and turf and My lobster tasted like is was purchased frozen from Walmart . It was mushy and unpaletable, the second one that was given to replace that one was served cold and the same mushy sub par mushy Walmart quality texture. Yuck! 🤮This was such a disappointment. Will not ever be back. Go eat somewhere else.
This establishment doesn't understand fine dining.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and chose to go to Mazen. I personally had never been there. I was pleased with the food. Very high quality food, and excellently prepared. The service was top tier. With excellent knowledge of the menu items our waitress lead us down a path in which we both receive exactly what we wanted to eat. Snapper and steak. Both were absolutely delicious. We enjoyed our waitress and our meal. We will go back for sure to try different plates.

My husband and I came for our 30 anniversary. We haven't been there in quite a few years and remember how wonderful the food was, so we wanted to come on our special occasion. I went to their website to look at the menu to see if they still offered our favorites. They still had them and listed the prices. I made our reservations there as well. When we got there and looked at the menu, the prices were higher. I inquired about why they were higher than their website and was told that they didn't think that anyone kept up the website anymore. I informed them that I was able to make the reservation on the website, which they apparently received. My husband and I thought that this seemed like a bait and switch. We ordered the fried asparagus and the mediterranean shrimp as appetizers. Very disappointed. The asparagus tasted as though it was taken out of the freezer and put in a deep fryer. It was terrible and hard to cut due to it being hard. The shrimp didn't taste the same as it use to. It had an overwhelming taste of chili. They apparently changed the recipe and my husband didn't like it at all. We ordered the veal oscar and the fish fisher for our entrees. The taste was very good on both, but instead of the veal medallions being about 1/2" thick as before, they were hammered so thin that you lost the taste of the veal in the sauce. The portions were so much smaller than they use to be which didn't make sense for raising the prices. I don't see us going back. Our special place is not so special anymore.

My husband planned a nice date night that we thought we’d really enjoy based on past experiences with Mazen’s, but we should have read the signs. Upon arrival, we realized my husband mistakenly booked the reservation for the wrong date. The host was incredibly gracious and managed to seat us promptly despite the busy atmosphere. Our waiter greeted us warmly, and our appetizers (the hummus and lamb lollipops were fantastic) arrived quickly which set a promising tone for the meal.

However, after ordering our entrees the service rapidly declined. Our server became a rare sight. We both ordered the ribeye steaks, and while we know these aren’t quick ticket items the wait time was a little longer than we expected. The meal took about an hour to arrive and our food was delivered to the table by another staff member. Judging by how badly she burned her hands on the plates compared to how dried out our potatoes were and how lukewarm our steaks were, we believe they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a good minute.

Our waiter didn't check in during the meal, and our water glasses weren’t refilled until we were nearly finished. Additionally, the table was quite unsteady which made cutting the steaks a bit challenging. The food and service quality didn't align with the prices and desired ambience of the restaurant, which was very disappointing.

We arrived at 6:45 PM and received our check around 8:55 PM, making the evening longer than we anticipated for a typical date night. While the initial hospitality was appreciated, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. We may consider giving Mazen's another chance in the future, but for now we'll explore other dining options.

The food was delicious, our servers were attentive and polite. We had a room full of about 50 adults, and no one suffered from lack of attention.

Visiting my parents and met some family for dinner. I got one of the specials presented by our server, steak topped with lump crab meat and fish dish of my choice which for me was the Aladdin. Before we left the pianist arrived and played some great light music. Thanks for supporting local musicians!! It was a true fine dining experience. See you again next visit! ā¤ļø (The only downside was that my family kept making me try all of their dishes and I stuffed myself. šŸ˜†)

Always enjoy our moments there. We always go to Mazen’s to celebrate life events with family cause we always know we are going to have a good time. Service can be slow at peak times but worth it. Fair prices and you don’t have to pay the casino premium at the local casino restaurants.
