Horrible food!
My first time ordering from there, being on the road NEVER AGAIN
Ordered Tortilla chicken soup and a chili soup
Both are disgusting and way over salted
Same with a turkey sandwich
I m curious what the kitchen secret ? I suppose no one cooks there

Wow! I just attempted to order a footlong sandwich and when I requested double meat, I was told I was allowed double meat, I stated I'd be paying for it, then was told no one is allowed to even pay for double meat. What kind of management is running this place???

I ordered a cheese sandwich with ham, to go. Plain and dry. The ticket read correctly. When I open the sandwich to check, it had mustard on both buns. That’s a complete dealbreaker for me. The issue was I was 6 miles away, with no time to go back.
My coworker gave me half of his 12” French Dip, and he eat the mustard cheese & ham sandwich. The French Dip sandwich was full of gristle, it was disgusting.
I can’t see giving this place another chance!!!

I ordered salad online got to the window at the time it said it would be ready and had to sit and wait another 20 minutes. THEN when I finally got the order after being asked twice what my order was I got the wrong order and I got a pizza that I could not eat as a diabetic had to go inside then they couldn't find my order and wanted to make it again. Will NOT eat there again, even employee look confused.

I ordered online and picked up at the restaurant window. The wait for food was about 35 minutes. The woman who initially greeted me at the window appeared confused why I was there. The second woman told me after 20 minutes sorry for the wait “they had to make some more”. The wait seemed longer than expected. After this wait, I was given the wrong baked potato. My club wrap included the large pickle spears, despite the no pickle sticker directly stuck on the sandwich. The club wrap was mediocre. Same with the French dip. The child’s pretzel dogs were below average. Did not taste fresh. The overall long wait for wrong food or less than fresh will assure I’m not returning.

I had first went to this place a couple days ago and when I got in there, there was only one person working register and the entire inside was dirty and the table that we were sat at had not been wiped down and another table right next to us had not been cleaned The entire time that we were there, and when I had gotten my food, there was a hair in it when I brought it up to the register it was then I saw that the entire kitchen staff was not wearing hair nets. Wouldn’t really recommend going here unless they changed up the way they operate here soon.

I have never had an experience more worthy of a bad review than McAlister's Deli today for lunch. When I arrived there were very few customers and only one register working. I placed my order, a six inch French dip with a side of fruit and a sweet tea. My total was over $18. I then waited 10 minutes and my order still hadn't been brought out. I went up front and waited even longer. No one acknowledged me. I had to interrupt the cashier to ask for my order to be prepared to go because my lunch break was running short. The cashier then continued to ring up new customers. I watched my to go order sit on the counter for another 5 minutes before I had to interrupt the cashier again and ask her to go get it because I really needed to get back to work. She handed it to me without a word and then apologized to her next new customer in line for making them wait while she took care of me. I promise you I will never give another hard earned dollar to McAlister's Deli again to be treated like that!

The outside needs to be cleaned . The parking lot is dirty. Staff is either on or off. Rarely on! My biggest problem is the quality of the food. My order is consistently never correct. They are always missing items. And today the quality of some of my order was so low that I had to throw it away. This place has potential but
I edited my review due to the GM reaching out and trying to make it right.

The cashier was friendly and professional.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 sandwiches that were dry

Leaky roof

2 preteen boys were back and forth from the food prep (kitchen) area to a corner table. I don’t know when it became acceptable to let your underage children to be behind the counter.

I wanted to leave but my husband wanted this place for lunch. I won’t return

What is going on here?!? Walked in to see 3 booths that had (what I’m assuming was) an employees kids laid out with blankets and pillows. There was 1 person ahead of us to order. We waited 20 minutes and still had not ordered. A lady came up to the girl taking orders before it was our turn and asked for plastic ware as both sets of silverware that she was given were “very dirty”. We decided to leave at that that point. To wait 20+ minutes to order and then to be given dirty silverware to eat on
 no thanks.
