Drove through this restaraunt and ordered one of their basic menu items at about 2:30 in the afternoon. I was second in drive through, but still was told to go park to the side of the lot. Took another 15 minutes before I received my food. For that time of day, and the amount of people at this restaraunt, it seemed longer than normal to get something as simple as a Quarter pounder with cheese!

It was hot, the employee was cursing at the other employee, the bread on our burger was burnt, I asked them to remake it due to it being burnt, they give me another one BURNT! Worst mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. I hate being so negative, but I was shocked tbh

Pretty good experience at this McDonald's. I ordered a custom QP via the app. Normally I can expect them to get something wrong when I do. Not this time. Burger was hot, fresh and made exactly as requested. Fries were hot and fresh also. One of the better food experiences I had at a McDonald's. Did have to let the manager know they had a plumbing leak in the restroom though.

Came on July 19th at around 6pm ordered the 20 pc nuggets w the basket of fries. Girl in the first window acts as if she doesn’t like her job. Her energy on the microphone was horrible. You don’t respond to a customer with the phrase “that’s it?” That is plain rude. The young girl in the second window who handed me my food had “EXCELLENT” customer service along with a beautiful smile. With a positive attitude like that, she should be given a manager shirt. It’s sad how y’all want just anybody working y’all’s restaurant with nasty attitudes and it makes them look ugly. My last time coming here. Fries were hot but the nuggets were stale.
