I go to this location regularly! Unless it’s early in the morning the staff is 99% of the time rude. In fact this week when I went the guy opened the window looked at me handed me the bag said nothing, I said thank you and he still said nothing closing the window! Even if I pre-order on the app I almost always have to pull up!

I usually once in a while go to this McDonald by drive thru. This time, I dine in with my husband and my granddaughter. They took more than 30 minutes to give my order and 15 more minutes to give me my latte. It was given to somebody else. Also, more than two staff members were not glad to see people come in. One of them had little attitude. The lady with the blue blouse was nice and a very young man was also tentative.

My order was taken at between 1:15 am / 1:20 am sat in line the 3rd car at 1:37 I finally made it to the window and I received my food at 1:45 cold and wrong went back through tw line with only 2 cars and sits almost 2 I literally been in line a40 minutes I worked at McDonald's for a couple of years I never experience that long of a wait when the store isn't busy th everyone on grill and on the line needs to be fired immediately cause they in there doing everything but working rachet as hellParking: U gotta park because it takes up to 30 mins to get food

Cold fries. Had to ask for fresh fries. Big Mac was cold too, and somehow it didn't get any cheese. It really is too bad because I don't eat at McDonald's much anymore, but when I crave a Big Mac, I gotta have one. You all might have put me off McDonald's for good. This location anyhow.

Depending on the time of day can determine how fast or slow service will be, but they haven't failed me yet on the fresh food! We love this McDonald's! Don't forget to use your McDonald's mobile app for points , free food, ordering ahead and most of all saving money for everyone!
IDK about the food. I Door Dash but don't care for most fast food. The manager I deal with most of the time here is top-notch. He keeps things on point and moving along, so I can get those orders on their way.

The hygiene and attitude is not the best, they made me wait in line again to order something I had already ordered, but they did not listen to me or understand me.
