Last night around 10:00 I visited this McDonalds. I placed my order on the app as I always do. I waited at the menu speaker for a while. I was greeted right away but waited longer than usual for my order to be taken. So I pulled up to the serve window. I was greeted by a gentleman. Could have been the manager. I’m not sure. ONE other car in the line, you think “well this will be quick”. Nope! Not at the Patel Pull-up Palace. You can not order from there without being pulled up into Neverland. You will never get your food before 12 minutes pass. Suggestion to the Patels: go through your own drive through to face the Pull-up Palace service on Nelson Rd.
