when i walked in there was almost no one in there and after we ordered we sat down and all of the seats were sticky and some of the tables has salt and grime but no just that it took 30 MINUTES to get just a cheeseburger. but the inside was nice though. we were *dining in*

After one year of orders, 2 times a week or more. If you want to be sure to have what you just order, go somewhere else. I always have something missing, fries, soda, box of chicken nuggets, some part of my daughter s happy meal, it like every time. So I m done with them now

We are visiting and on our way back home…just stopped to grab something quick and the burgers were perfect. I know everyone is like it’s McDonald’s…yes I know but sometimes you get sloppy burgers and most of the time the order is incorrect. These weren’t at all and everything was hot. So first they took forever to give us our food and then we made it to the house and one of my hamburgers had cheese on it and barely any ketchup. I asked for extra pickles and they put no pickles and they didn’t give me my barbecue sauce.
The service was horrible!! They skipped my order and evertime I brought it up they would just say they were working in it! I waiting around 27 min. I was lied too and at the end when I wanted to have them explain what happened they blew me off and caught an attitude. The one who lied over and over again wouldn't even look my way. Watch the cameras October 12th. 8:30 to 9 am. The definition of bad service.... I feel hurt and disregarded.
