Very slow . Poor customer service. Parking every car so their time don't go up. We all out here parked. No greeting customer up on window opening nothing. Need better management then u may get better quality workers.

My recent visit to McDonald's for breakfast left me deeply concerned and ultimately led to us leaving the establishment without ordering.

Upon entering, we noticed an employee descending a ladder with a can of paint, which initially seemed innocuous. However, as we walked further into the lobby, I happened to look up and was shocked to see extensive black mold covering approximately 85% of the ceiling tiles.

This discovery was particularly alarming given that my wife had just been discharged from the hospital for an upper respiratory infection. The presence of such significant mold in a food service environment poses a serious health risk, especially for individuals with respiratory vulnerabilities.

Given these unsanitary conditions, we immediately decided to leave. We could not, in good conscience, consume food from an establishment with such a blatant disregard for cleanliness and public health.

I have since attempted to reach out to McDonald's corporate to report this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. This lack of acknowledgment further compounds our disappointment.

A food establishment, especially one as widely recognized as McDonald's, should adhere to the highest standards of hygiene. The conditions we witnessed were unacceptable and raise serious questions about the safety and cleanliness of this particular location. We hope this issue is addressed promptly and thoroughly to prevent potential health hazards for other customers.

Lake Charles,LA - Hwy 14 and Broad St is ripping people off there . Not receiving

correct orders in drive thru . Shortage of order , employees not making sure the order are correct or inner employees not reading the order on the screen inside. Then employee want to fight about it .

It's not a McDonald's. If it is. It doesn't have any signs that it's opened. All windows are closed. Half the lights are on. If it wasn't for the three vehicles in the parking lot, I'd think the place was abandoned.

What’s the point of ordering ahead on the app when you get there and they have 9 cars waiting. Taking 1 order and giving the food, then take take another order and give the food, then take another? This is not the first time either . Should be zero stars!
