Why are yall never available for delivery anymore nor do yall have a working phone number?
My food was delicious! Every single time I crave quesabirria tacos, this is my go to place! Come find a piece of Mexico at Mi Tierra and enjoy the experience!
It was my first visit, not from the area. Found the place it's very cute and clean. I asked the server what He recommended..... Quesabirrias became the winers! 1 corn and 1 flour tortillaš, crunchy on the outside pack with lots of flavor (I did bring to his attention that the comsome for my birtias was a little salty so where the beans very, very close to perfection š) thats the reason of my 4stars. The salsa and chips fresh, I could totally taste the roasted tomatoes and garlic in a homemade salsa! To top it off, Tres Leches gets a 10 stars, fresh, moist,no smell of egg yolk ša balance of sweetness with fresh sweet strawberries nor sure if whipped topping was not homemade but I would totally eat a there again.
Horrible waiting to eat horrible food. They serve the worst ceviche ever. And super expensive. Not to mention the waiting time is horrible. Wont eat there again
This is traditional food as gotten in southern east coast of Mexico. Food was excellent and I will be back. Enjoyed the music and service was great. More than one person portions. The only thing I noticed was the chips and salsa are not normally supplied in traditional Mexican restaurants. The good news was the chips did not taste stale and the salsa had great flavor.

I called to order breakfast, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, was really hoping to try this place as I'm tired of fast food and I can't find a single place I like, I'm hard to please I guess, I'm here for work and don't have the luxury of doing dine in as I have to be on the job site early, I guess it isn't in the cards for Lake Charles to be good to me as both my vehicles have been broken into already and I've been stolen from. I guess the restaurants don't need outside business if they can just use local people, that's ok.

I came here with my sister and nephew for a birthday dinner for her. When we walked in there was a large party of people seated in the middle of the restaurant with several of the side booths open. We seated ourselves as we didn't see a sign saying otherwise. We were served chips and salsa. We waited about 10 minutes and a waitress came over. She asked if we were with such and such party. I let her know we were not. She left without saying anything else. When she came back she said they were hosting a private party right now only. I asked if we were allowed to eat seeing that there were multiple open tables and she said, not right now. So we got up and left.
If would have been fine if we had walked in and were told right away they were only serving a private party. Or even if they had a sign in the door alerting customers. The waitress didn't offer any other options, like ordering to go, despite seeing other people picking up their food.
Before I realized what was going on, I overheard a couple who came in tell the waitress they had seen their billboards and had been looking forward to eating there. That it was their first night without their kids in a long time. Then they were turned away as well.
It was a very disappointing experience at a restaurant we were looking forward to trying.

We come from Texas, so Mexican food is like home and we were craving a taste of home. Coming in, the atmosphere was very beautiful - I love the decor and itās very photogenic. The food images on the menus looked VERY appealing and appetizing; however, when we got them, it was a different story. We were a large party and majority of us disliked our food or couldnāt finish it. The chips were bad quality, the appetizers were VERY salty or too greasy as well as the food. Even simple foods like quesadillas left a bad taste. The waitress had a little attitude with us, that I didnāt really appreciate over a small mistake - the photo showed eggs but when we got the food, the eggs were missing and she told us we had to ask for it. Oh well. Would not recommend.

Omg a hidden gem! The food was so delicious! Be sure to order the steak picadas! The owner was so amazing! We ordered a margarita and asked for a shot of grand marnier. I accidentally knocked it over. He replaced the spilled shot! That was so kind! We ordered quite a bit, I even ordered pancakes haha, but the highlight was definitely the picadas and the courteous and thoughtful service!
