Mrs. Johnnie's is such a hometown feel. The staff is incredible. I feel like im walking into my grandparents' home when I go there. And literally the BEST gingerbread I have EVER had.

I have been eating here as long as I can remember. My family is native to Lake Charles, but I have been living in Virginia for the majority of my life. I would spend my summers in los Jonás with my grandparents every year and Ms. johnnies always tastes like home. I even have my husband hooked on it now. Every flavor is outstanding, fresh, and made with wholesome REAL ingredients. I love the baked goods here so much I shipped about 200 dollars with back home to Virginia. Everything freezes and reheats well. banana nut, sweet potato, and black berry are my favorites. You will not be disappointed

I drive all the way from Dallas. These pies are the Best! I just hate I've made a few blank trips only to get there and they are closed for a week again! Very disappointing when businesses are not open for business during business hours, especially when online it says they are open.
This owner orders big orders from Walmart app and when he orders he tips 20$ as soon as the drivers delivers his xl orders he takes off the tips next day. What a shame
