The owner and waitress are very nice and kind! The food was fresh and delicious. Very tasty and good quantity. Highly recommend this place!! We will be coming again.

Decided to go here on a lark. We weren't particularly hungry, but wanted something better than fast food. The restaurant was very clean and we loved the design and decor which was opulent, but not ostentatious. We got the fried spinach pies as an appetizer which were very good. My wife got the Blackened Fish and I got the Red Velvet Chicken. Both meals were absolutely delicious.

The fish had an amazing depth and balance of flavor. The sauce was cooked with a variety of vegetables, mushrooms and spices, which was a perfect balance of spicy and umami. My wife took the first few bites, let me taste some (which was amazing), and then squeezed the lemon onto it. Absolute game changer. The fish went from amazing to excellent. The lemon really opened up the flavors of the dish and added a dash of freshness that we didn't even know it needed.

The chicken was moist and extremely flavorful. It was cooked in perfectly caramelized onions with bell peppers. Again, the depth and complexity of flavors was unbelievable.

Both dishes were served with rice and hummus, which were both the best we've ever had anywhere.

Our server was attentive and sweet. She was always there when we needed her, but never hovered. The chef came to the table after the meal to check on us and he had a great personality.

We have eaten at several Greek/Lebanese restaurants, in several different cities and states, and this was by far the best. This may be the best restaurant in Lake Charles. I cannot say enough about how great this whole experience was, and there is no doubt we will be back.

Had a dinner , took kofta kaboob after verbal assurance of the server and chef that meat is halal. Very juicy and seasoned kaboob with good presentation in the plate . Hummus with bread was tasty . As per the chef , all lamb dishes are halal and they have lots of halal options but currently having issue in halal chicken supply. Server was very attentive and gave us excellent service .
Price is on the higher end but will go again , as we have now another halal but authentic Mediterranean option in our town .

I am older so I like a nice quiet restaurant. Somewhere that you can actually sit and talk. Music not to loud and you don't want waste half your night waiting for a seat...this is literally the best dining experience that is unknown to most...the Chef...not cook...will make your dishes...this guy makes every dish like your the only one in the restaurant...forget these franchises support the local guy...unlike most he actually cares if he gets it right...the staff is so professional...not like the chain restaurants that are there for a job...I have never had to ask for a refill...the chef/owner really delivers a professional experience...be warned if you go there a few times he will come out to check on you...one day he might cook something extra for you to try...he will not charge you, he really wants you to experience his expertise in cooking...a likable fella and one of the few business that is not corporate, if you don't like it, than it is he who failed...it's not a job it's personal...give it a try

We had lunch today for one of my best friend’s birthday. The server answered all of our questions, gave an excellent recommendation, and was super attentive. The chef even gave us samplings of some of the menu items that we asked about. I cannot believe we waited so long to go. This place is a treasure, and I can’t wait to go back.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while. My husband and I arrived on a Friday night at around 6 pm. We walked in and there was a couple sitting at the bar and only two other tables were occupied. We were sat in a booth. We were promptly seated and greeted. Even as far as introducing all the servers and the cook for the night.We ordered a Moscato and a Dos Xx, which they were out of both. I ordered a lemon drop off their menu and my husband ordered a crown and coke. We ordered an appetizer of hummus, I believe it was the spicy one. It was AMAZING! It came out quickly with hot pita bread.I ordered the beef kabob and my husband ordered the shrimp kabob. I ordered a drink called the dragonfly.The beef was so tender and seasoned perfectly. The vegetables were on point. I don't know what they did to them, but they were AMAZING.My husband's shrimp, oh my, the seasoning was good, now, he did wish he had more of those shrimp. But he wasn't starving by no means, but they were so good.The hummus with the chickpeas on the plates were great too.To finish it off we ordered baklava to split. It was warm and so good. The atmosphere, service, and food 10/10! I will be back!

The owner of this establishment is absolutely horrendous. He's rude, disrespectful, and racist, and the food is tasteless and subpar to say the least! I would not recommend anyone waste their time or money to patronize this place. He got offended because my friend asked for change for a tip in cash. The owner was not even our waiter but came over to our table and rudely harassed us because we asked for change...after the meal was already paid for with a credit card. We then went outside to our vehicles in the parking lot and told us we were never welcome back to his restaurant and that he would call the cops on us. We then called the cops ourselves due to feeling threatened and harassed. I'd give this place 0 stars if it wasn't required to give 1 star to be able to post the review.
