Went to the grab a mini tower for my friends birthday and was served by Jo B! The encounter was very off putting, she spoke to me like I couldn’t understand a simple menu option. Very disrespectful and nasty, WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Ordered a bundt cake for a birthday party on July 29th and July 30th I called at 11:52 to swap from chocolate chip to cookies and cream. I was assured by Isabel this would be handled since my cake was due August 1st with a pickup time of noon (12:00). I received my cake and it was still chocolate chip. I love bundt cake products but I am upset with the lack of customer service for this experience of close to $50.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is a great spot if you are craving something sweet. They have lots of flavors and sizes to pick from, so there is something for everyone. The staff was friendly and the shop had a nice, cozy feel. The cakes were moist and full of flavor.

The cakes taste great. However, when placing an order on Grubhub, there is no option for additional frosting. It is unfortunate because Nothing Bundt Cakes offers that option when ordering directly from them. I called the store to see if I could pay over the phone for this additional option, but unfortunately, that was not possible.

I wish I would have got a better picture of this cake because it was beautiful! Bottom layer was cookies & cream & top layer was red velvet. Everyone at my daughter’s graduation celebrating was raving about how delicious it was & was asking where it came from! It was a hit!

Absolutely amazing Bundt cakes here. They were soft, tasty and the icing was to die for. The prices are reasonable as well for what you get. This is the Gold standard for what a bundt cake should be.

Absolutely delicious BUT zero accountability! Not the first time, I have had an issue with end result product, always paying full price, but continuously, receiving less than expected aka specialized, not as ordered. The zero accountability and nonchalant attitude is even more frustrating than not getting a finished product repeatedly.
