Ordered the 6 oz sirloin family meal. Everything was excellent and cooked perfectly. The only issue was that one of the steaks was so tough it was inedible.

Went for our anniversary go every year where to get the Melbourne steak which they took off the menu a month ago so we had to get the ribeye steak it was much smaller than the Melbourne but it was tasty order the blossom onion had to wait 45 minutes for that to come out and the steak took about an hour and a half. On February 14th I ordered twice on my app for Outback because the food is so delicious. Well on my 2nd order which was in the evening while it was raining really hard I went to pick up my food and the lights were out. I couldn't get my order or money I paid because system was down. Weather was bad and I understood given the circumstances. So I left and went somewhere else for food. Waiting for a return call to either be refunded or make my order the next day. Well I finally got a call from the manager which remembers my name from ordering so much, due to all the trouble she, the manager reimburse me on her own and I really appreciate her and I pray you have many good days because of your character and making things right. Thank you!

The food is always consistently delicious atost Outback restaurants. But the wait staff at this location is a whole other matter. We heard the head waitress who was waitre d'ing blow a breath out hard, because she was exasperated that a group wanted a table instead of a booth and she whispered loudly that they were getting on her nerves. She was training someone who was giddy and nervous at her audacity. I started to ask my party covertly if we wanted to go somewhere else. Our waitress was very brief with us and barely checked on us. We paid through the self-service. We still gave her a good tip, though. Idky.

Service was horrible. They brought out my potato soup and I waited for my husbands food to come out. My soup started getting cold so I started eating (by now it was barely warm) and we waited. My husband is a very patient man but I was livid. When the waitress finally checked on us she blamed the kitchen being backed up. I lost my appetite we sat and waited. I kid you not one and a half hours later his wings came out. A few minutes later someone came and asked if everything was ok…really!!! When I explained what happened she apologized and blamed it on their computer system. Immediately someone else comes to the table and again blames the computer system, takes the wings off the ticket, and said they would bring me a fresh bowl of soup to go. My husband finished eating and guess what…the soup that was offered never came! I won’t be going back.

My husband and I went to Outback this afternoon to celebrate both my birthday and our 45th wedding anniversary. The last time we went the service was not great at all but we decided to give it one more try and I am so glad we did!! We were greeted with a smile and a very sweet hostess. It was very busy and our waitress seemed to have a lot of tables, so I was worried. Hope was our waitress and she was so excellent!! She was quite busy but was so quick and attentive. We told her it was our 45th anniversary and she offered us a dessert which was SO delicious and she offered to take our photo for us and I thought that was so sweet and thoughtful! I had the filet and lobster and my husband had the New York strip. They were BOTH cooked to absolute PERFECTION! So tender and flavorful and the food came out very quickly as well. We had such a good time and a wonderful anniversary. So glad we gave Outback another try! We will definitely be back! It was so nice to walk in and be greeted with a smile and even though it was very busy I’m so glad we had a waitress who was so attentive and nice! Outback really made a couple of old folks like us feel special! LOL

We waited 2hrs for our food , ended up having to ask for togo boxes when the food finally arrived. I asked for a well done steak. got a medium steak. don’t know how that works. paid 100 dollars for food that couldn’t even be eaten because they didn’t cook it right.

Ate dinner here on 1/23/26, and it was the BEST steak I have had from a restaurant in a while in Lake Charles! Very happy to finally get a steak that was cooked to be medium rare, when I ask for medium rare. All of the other food was cooked perfectly as well. Imagyn was very friendly & attentive! She even paced our order so our mains came out right about after we finished our appetizer, which seems to be a rarity at other restaurants. Will definitely be back soon.

Our waitress was horrible. Brought us dirty plates that she obviously seen. It was our anniversary and I've waited tables for 15 years. She was not worried about us at all. Got both of our orders wrong plus late on drinks never brought my wine. She needs a new career. The manager was very amazing. I'm not one to complain but she was a bad waitress. Just careless. If I could I would put negative for service.
