Went for a pick-up without a coupon or the app for discounts. (Spur of the moment). The price was nearly outrageous but the pizza was certainly good. The employees where super friendly as well.

My pizza was burnt. It’s all I taste is burntness. I guess it’s what I get for ordering well done. I don’t even taste garlic crust. Not enjoyable to eat a burned pizza. Back in New Orleans where I live I order up to $80 worth of pizzas and have never gotten a burnt one. Even my dessert is burned. Now I’m upset

They failed to get my order right. Told me they would bring me the rest of my order. They lied and never brought it. If you want your order complete and not lied to, order through a different Papa John’s. Not this one.
