My boyfriend and I had such a great experience at Pasta Lab! Michael was a fantastic instructor—super knowledgeable, funny, and engaging—and made learning about pasta so entertaining. We got to try different shapes, learn how it’s made from scratch, and even sample some incredible dishes that Alex served up. The massive cheese board (with their signature Pasta Labs vinaigrettes) was next-level. Everything felt thoughtful and delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, hands-on date night or group activity. You’ll leave full, happy, and with a new appreciation for pasta!

Whenever we’re at the farmers market in Lafayette, we always stop and get their delicious pastas and their pesto. What a fun surprise to see that they are directly across the street from my daughter’s dorm. We stocked up on some new pastas and of course their amazing pesto. The service is always top notch, so knowledgeable and friendly. I had no idea you did classes but now reading about it we’ll definitely be back for them, that sounds like so much fun!

Such a fun pasta making class! Great weekend activity to do with friends! Very interesting and informative! I also love that they have a store front where you can purchase pasta anytime! Don’t think I’ll buy pasta at the grocery store again, this will be my go to! Love that most of my favorite restaurants use their pasta too! 10/10

The pastas from here didn't bloated me which is really hard to find in Lake Charles, they taste really good and definitely mix them with their sauces.

My friend and I came for a class and let me tell you. It was worth every penny. Not only did we learn how to make ALL the pasta, but they prepared a cheese board for us, taught us about the cheese they served, and you can bring a bottle of wine or bubbly to drink while you go through the class. You also get to take home what you make and sample some of the pasta during class. The variety of pasta they have already made was huge. There was so much to look at and try in the shop. I was so impressed by my experience here and I will definitely be back again!
