Paul's Rib Shack Barbecue

Good stuff, it's was a good experience.

As a native Nashvillian visiting, hubby and I found this restaurant and I can definitely say I’d double the star 5 rating. The food, atmosphere, friendliness and passion for food. You’ve got to try EVERYTHING!! We had their awesome turkey sandwich, Gouda burger, fries, banana pudding and even some of their world renowned bread pudding and all we said afterwards was we’re stuffed! Please forgive us but we can’t recall the names of the beautiful, professionals that served us and if i could make any recommendations for improvement…MOVE TO NASHVILLE ASAP!!

I stopped by to pick up an order to go. The brisket was 50% greasy fat. I got beans and another side which I could not name. It had beans and potatoes in the same container. I should have gone to Golden Corral 🙈🙈 never going back. For 1/4 brisket and two sides was 23$ and change.

Had a fantastic time at Paul’s last night with Magical Moments Princesses! Great food, great fun and a lot of happy little princesses! Definitely a great experience. 👸👸👸

What should have been at the most a 36$ meal for two was almost 60$. They didn't have any kid meal options and even if you was going to share off your plate there wouldn't be enough to actually fill you up. Very disappointed in the entire experience. Thumbs down pauls rid shack

Paul’s is the best BBQ place to eat at in my opinion. We’ve used their patio for things like graduations and birthday parties. It’s always a good time! 10/10 would recommend. My family and I crave this place.

Such a cool place. Friendly staff, live music, and a beautiful backyard to sit in and eat their delicious food! They also have a great inside seating option as well! Their mac and cheese is amazing and the turkey sandwich is my favorite. Been there several times with my friends and family. We all love Paul’s and we’re thankful to have them in Lake Charles!

The quality of food and friendliness of the staff at Paul’s is superior. My favorites are the brisket, corn maque choux and bread pudding.

BBQ Heaven. Everything tastes great, ultra cool atmosphere with great live music, super friendly staff. Paul has created such an excellent spot for families and friends to gather and share great times making memories.

Seriously the BEST BBQ in Louisiana. Great customer service hands down. You are missing out if you have not tried Paul’s Rib Shack.

Love the turkey, and atmosphere outside is awesome!

Spent them near $40 for some food that wasn’t even no food. We got a whole box of barbecue sauce, little tiny ribs and a tiny bowl of pork pork macaroni. Had a funny smell the beans have a funny smell. I don’t even know what else we got it was so tiny. If I could show you all the picture of it I would show you all the picture. I write this zero. wasted money tasted horrible

We are new to the area and wanted good BBQ. This was the best!! We had the "lil bit of everything", more than enough for 2 people...the people were nice, the food was amazing...next time we will sit outside and enjoy an adult beverage and listen to live music!!
