Pizza Hut Express

Pizza was undercooked. Also in what world do you train your employees to stand there with blank expressions after no even greeting you or asking if they may help you. I stared so long waiting I almost counted his dreads. Then he goes “Whatchu need” Next time I pass through here I’m going to Dominos. At least their employees are polite.

So helpful and great pizza

It's inside Target. I was expecting a small shop, but they only have an unlabeled shelf that keeps the pizzas warm. Right when you walk in it's in the 'snacks' section. Giving it 3 stars because it was difficult to find with not many options to choose from. They only have 9" cheese and pepperoni pizzas.

Order time 6:25pm Order promised 6:56pm. Order arrived at 7:56pm. 1 pizza. Cold. Had been out for delivery for an hour. Called multiple times. A gentleman was pleasant for 2 of my 3 calls. I spoke to a lady the 2nd call and I asked for a refund. She was happy to do that and call the driver to cancel the order. I asked if she would first call the driver to see how much longer it would be. She did and proceeded to tell me the order was already delivered. It had not been. She was rude and argued with me. She wouldn’t listen. She interrupted me so I just hung up. 10 mins later no pizza. Called back. Thankfully the gentleman answered. About that time the pizza arrived. Cold. Old. This was our 2nd and last experience at this location. I will make sure no one that we know that has to stay in Lake Charles overnight before going offshore ever uses this location.

THIS is how a manager speaks to staff members? I will not return to this location. Treat your workers like decent human beings and maybe you wouldn’t be screwed over.

Very friendly, good food

Called after an hour about my order was told it would be to me in 10-15 after Waiting two hours for my food, they call to tell me that it was delivered to someone else’s house!!! The time I would excuse due to circumstances of Covid-19, but this has been an issue way before.. ridiculous!!!

This place is so unprofessional and steals your money and hangs up

i have never had a good experience at this store. Pizza was this flabby paperthin mess. there was no flavor, no sauce, and all you can taste is grease. On top of that they cant even cut the pizza. A $1 froze pizza taste better than this crap. they should just close this place down,
