The night time manager, the brown skin guy with braids, has excellent customer service. And everyone on the night time shift Dec. 4th. Everytime I go to popeyes at night the line be flowing and they just be nice and professional. My order be hot and right. It makes you want to come back. But they daytime employees. ??♀️ Awhile back I came in and the manager was to lazy to go put a sign on the intercom that it was broke. Left one of my apple pies out the order. And didn't care that cars was waiting 5 to 10 mins waiting for their orders to be taken and driving off not knowing it was broke. After that, I started to NEVER go back ever again. Lol. But my son wanted some chicken last night so I had to get him some. The night shift on Dec. 4th restored my hope in coming back to Popeyes. They should be commended. Maybe have guy at night train the daytime shift on customer service and professionalism.

The first stop I make when I go to Lake Charles is the Popeyes on N Enterprise, this visit the staff, Ms Charlotte was so friendly and personable she treated our family like million dollar customers , the chicken and sides all were fresh and hot. Thanks for the great service .
