I order on my app so that I don't have to wait.. I get there and I wait for about 30 mins. I get the food, the chicken is warm, the fries are soggy and they get the order wrong, I had to turn around and go back to get this corrected!

This has to be tha worst place to get food from, really bad service, NEVA answer their fone, don't give U all ur food U order, wen I go there i order BiG orders, i always order 12 peice spicy, n they only give U exactly ALOT of legs n eings n 2 thighs, im DUN dealing wit this place, chicken is cold, they went all tha WAY DOWN on there PORTIONS, then wen U get home, it's soooooo depressing that U have to reload it all ova again n brang it Bak to there store, cuz they don't give U everything half tha chicken is gone, it tastes burnt, n red beans n rice had NUTHEN but rice in 1 of there large cup, IM DUN with Popeyes, I spent ALOT of money there on prien Lake road, N THIS HAPPENED EVERY TIME I WENT N SPENT ALOT OF MY HARD EARN MONEY, NEVA WILL I GO BAK THERE AGAIN, they BARELY give U red beans n rice in there large cups, barely any coleslaw in so call large cup, they really needa close this down just like BK dun!!!!!

This Popeyes on Prien Lake Rd, is nasty. The counter top where are oders are taken/placed had spillage of something very sticky. I asked for a wet towel one of the attendants handed me a handful of dry napkins which i tried to wipe the countertop with no luck. It stuck to counter top. I ordered the Surf & Turf with drink, the attandant handed me the cup and I looked under the dispencer at the nozzles well definately not been cleaned in AWHILE the manager was buzzing around in the kitchen. Tried to get her attention, the attendant for the grabbed a broom and disappeared in a closet maybe it was an office maybe? Two other patrons was standing in a line all three of us were at the counter waiting. The attendant walked by three times looked at us and kept going. The other two patrons walked out of restaurant. I had already paid approximately 6 to 8 minutes but still waiting on one of the items that was included in my order. The whole crew here needs job skills RETRAINING, courteous training. This was at Store # 2223 02/19/2024, 125 W. Prien Lake Road.If I had my phone with me I would have taken photos to post. Next time.

I ordered online so that when I arrived at the menu board in the driver thru, I was immediately told to come to the window. Sweet young lady at window asked if I could drive around and park as my order wasn't ready yet. No problem as they had an influx before I arrived. They did have some anxious people in parking lot who kept hoping in and out and here, I'm assuming were gripping about their food time. It actually didn't take long for my food to arrive piping hot. Drove home, very fast lol, and just ate this great meal!! Thanks again. Super people and great service, just circumstances other people started, no problem. They handled it great!!!

Ordered way ahead paid 80.00 asked to be ready for 8.00 pm. For funeral people. Begged to be ready. It was not at all. They had no clue. I has to reorder and left the people hungry and waiting. This is my second time. That's why I showed up In person. It did not do any good. We are 75 years old. It was so terrible. Need to check on prien lake road location. It's horrible

popeyes on prien lake really neeeds better management! First of all they always try to close early than what they should so when you order all they have is chicken and tenders! I just got some chicken from them and it was so dry and old like come on now , would y’all feed this to your mothers?!? they need to do better always tryna close early just pure laziness !

Got a 3pc tender, 5pc tender, or should I say a 1pc, 4 of my tenders were up for ATLEAST 2hrs before being sold to me. All old, even the COLORING of the chicken its self was not matched to the 1 fresh tender. I took one bite, super rubbery, the smell of it smelled like microwaved spoiled chicken. I know the correct process and steps to assure this doesn’t take place. Have your store manager go over the correct food safety protocols with the crew members& review serv safe. Somebody is not meeting/applying them. Now,,,,I’m leaving a second time to go get an EDIBLE meal.
