"My experience at Pappays was not what I expected. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the staff was quite rude. The lady who served me did not even look me in the eye and her tone of voice was very loud and strict. She made me wait to the side for a long time without showing patience towards the customers.

I consider it important to share this experience so that others do not go through the same thing and so that the establishment can reflect on customer service. I hope they can improve in this aspect, since good service can make a big difference."

The food was great the problem was that we ordered 3 large mashed potatoes and they were about half full. They didn’t fill them all the way so we paid for 3 large and maybe got 1 1/2 total if we put them all together. Really crappy of them! When you spend 75 bucks you expect to get everything full! The bad thing was, was that my daughter picked it up cause I called it in, So by the time she got back home which is not in Lake Charles and it was late I wasn’t gonna make her go back. I’ll make sure it’s full next time cause we will check before we leave.

Ordered 2 ghost pepper chicken sandwiches with cheese and bacon, and they did not have the cheese or the bacon, but we were charged for it. Did not receive our receipt, either.
Chicken was fresh and crunchy, at least.

It’s just happened when I were there to witnesses the service have a bad attitude towards a group of seniors trying to orders and they have been waiting for sometime ,when they trying to what going on but then the manager said to them goodbye and that we all leave at the same time.didn’t get any foods

Literally, everytime that I've gone lately, my order hasn't been right. It hasn't mattered ehat time of day or if they just opened for the day, they've always messed it up. It's closest to home so started going there, but about to start going back to a different one. Plenty within range to not keep having tell them make sure it's right thos tike and it still be wrong.
