ordered sweet tea and a custom 9pc box. might as well have bought water since thats what the tea tasted like, as well as with no ice in it. instead of 3 drumsticks in my box i in turn got 5 wings and only 1 drumstick. i was very disappointed since i especially paid $25 in total for a shitty dinner.

The service here sucks and what I mean sucks hands down the worst restaurant I've ever been in my life and there's no way that they have a rating above a C that place is discussing 😕

I did the app with a pickup in the drive thru. I ordered a 3 piece. Got home to find that they gave me a 2 piece with no biscuit. I know I should have checked before i left. They always mess up something here. Failure is more consistent than the chicken.

The service is very very slow. The guy kept sneezing in his hands Then tried to get my food I had to tell him to go wash his hands & he told me he wasn't touching nothb;ing. Yall need to fire the whole staff or shut that particular location down.

"My experience at Pappays was not what I expected. Unfortunately, the treatment I received from the staff was quite rude. The lady who served me did not even look me in the eye and her tone of voice was very loud and strict. She made me wait to the side for a long time without showing patience towards the customers.
I consider it important to share this experience so that others do not go through the same thing and so that the establishment can reflect on customer service. I hope they can improve in this aspect, since good service can make a big difference."
