I truly don’t understand how they stay open. 8 times out of 10, there’s a problem with my order, or I don’t get my order at all. This last time, i mobile ordered and went through the drive thru and was told “its more convenient for you to come inside” well I couldn’t go inside.. there was a reason I was in the drive thru.. I didn’t get my order at all and submitted a support request and they told me “there would be no remediation and their resolution is final.” I’m sorry, what?? What resolution? Also I paid money and didn’t get my food so how about you give me my money back? Anyways it’s so frustrating and I honestly don’t understand how this place stays open..except for those 2 out of 10 times the food is so delicious 😩 not worth it tho.

Didn't get to go in lobby on Country Club Road in Lake Charles was closed Friday at 6pm which is ridiculous had to wait in long line at drive thru food was great though I ordered again tonight they forgot my sauce and they didn't have the drink I ordered what the heck is going on Popeyes next time I'm going to Louisiana Fried chicken it's better anyway and they always have what I ordered

I have had several issues at this location in the past few months and they always seemed to be out of items. I decided to give them one last chance today and stopped by there and apparently all they have is chicken and chicken tenders with no sides available. Also the lobby was coles and it was only 3pm. At this point this will be the last time that I will visit this location. Hopefully they can get there business in ordere but I will not be back.

I was really looking forward to a good meal, but the quality was quite disappointing during my visit. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for too long, and it definitely didn't have the flavor I was expecting. It was not a great experience and I honestly would not recommend it.

Last 2 mobile orders I had issues. The 1st they filled a large coleslaw 3/4 of the way. 2nd they forgot my chicken sandwich and instead of a large side they gave me a regular.

This Popeyes location is consistently 10 to 15 minutes slower than surrounding Popeyes locations in the area. Multiple times even simple orders require waiting in the parking lot for up to 20 minutes. One time my order was given away to multiple people before us as they kept forgetting I was in the room, then after 50 minutes, and they told me to email the office to get that refund. The one on Prien Lake is light years better. Which is a shame due to this one being more in line with our way home.

The store was ridiculously busy and I waited a few extra minutes to order at the intercom. However, once I reached the drive thru window my cashier whom when I asked her replied that her name was Victoria greeted me with the most welcoming smile and even asked how my day was. She apologized for the inconvenience and even offered drinks for my children while we waited which made the wait less stressful. Her store manager over heard her apologizing so he offered to drop everything fresh for us. Due to their determination and pleasant customer service skills I didn't mind the wait. The food was fresh and delicious.

Unbelievable...this is the SECOND TIME my 82 year old mom has gotten a biscuit like this from the Popeyes on Country Club Road, Lake Charles. Absolutely disgusting! This is the worst Popeyes in Lake Charles.
