This is the second time in a week I’ve been there and didn’t order because it was a 30 minute wait for chicken.

Went thru drive thru at 8pm and we're out of all sides except fries and cajun rice and only drinks they had were sweet tea and sprite but open until midnight?! Girl in drive thru sounded like she was pissed off at the world and for sure that she had to actually take an order, got to window and she grabbed card didn't ask if I'd like a receipt and then I had to pull up and wait 10min for fries although no one was in front or behind me. Just seemed unprepared for their shift and unhappy to be there.

Be prepared to be met with an attitude and expect them to be out of everything you want. And wait over 20 minutes to receive your order. While people that come after you leave with their orders.

WAIT TIME AWFUL! Employees awful!
Employees purposely make you wait 14 minutes @ the intercom before even taking the order! Then once you finally paid, your told to pull up & wait longer! Employees definitely let you know they are paid minimum wage! WOW customer service is lacking!

You're going to get lukewarm to cold food no matter what
Please don't be insulted unlike the workers complaining that they are making a sandwich that can be made at home don't worry because they'll complain about every order

Was 2nd in line at the drive-thru. Pulled
Up to give my order which was taken immediately. Got to the window, paid and got my drink right away. Was asked to pull into a parking spot and told my order would be brought out to me. Waited in the parking spot for over 20 minutes while two cars after me were brought their food. Finally went inside to check on my order and was told my order was coming up. Was told there was 38 seconds left on my chicken sandwiches. Would have been nice if they had told me there would be a wait in the first place because then I would have just gone elsewhere. Once my chicken sandwiches were finally brought out, there was no 3 piece tender meal and the lady said, “I knew they were forgetting something.” This is ridiculous to make people have to deal with something you’re in control of. I will never spend my money at this one or any Popeyes again. Only reason you get one star is because the lady who eventually brought my food was very apologetic and friendly. Y’all are terrible!!

I recently decided to satisfy my craving for some Southern comfort food and headed over to Popeyes Chicken, using their app for a seamless and accurate experience. While my experience had its highs, it unfortunately left me with a few lows as well. Let me break it down for you.
Firstly, I must commend Popeyes for their user-friendly app. Navigating through the menu was a breeze, and I appreciated the convenience it offered. To my pleasant surprise, my order was spot-on accurate, with everything I requested neatly packed and ready upon arrival.
The service at Popeyes was another highlight. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and exuded positivity, which set a welcoming tone for my visit. It's always refreshing to encounter staff who genuinely seem to enjoy their job and are eager to make your experience enjoyable.
## The Negatives: However, the main attraction—the food—unfortunately didn't live up to expectations. The moment I bit into the chicken, I noticed it was undercooked. This was quite disappointing, as I had been eagerly anticipating that signature crispy, golden exterior with juicy, flavorful meat inside. Instead, the chicken lacked that fresh, satisfying taste Popeyes is known for, leaving me underwhelmed.
I hope this was just a rare off day for the kitchen, as I know Popeyes is capable of delivering delicious meals. Until next time, I'll remain hopeful for a more consistent dining experience.

Absolutely the worst business in town, wait time was over 20 mins, gave wrong order, and the food was old. Everytime! Last time I was here was over a year ago and this is the same reason it has taken so long to come back.

10/23/24, Worst service ever, I had order online for the big box tender, I had scheduled for to pickup myself but when I went to go pick up my order, the lady on the speaker (cause I went thru the drive thru) told me they didn’t have any tenders left and that someone had already came to pick up my order but was told the same thing (I never had it to be delivered to me so I don’t know where she got that from) and that it had refunded my money back but it never did, so I paid for a meal that I never got and my money still hasn’t refunded back to my account yet.
