Service is excellent . Andrew was my waiter . Service with a smile . Food was delicious . Great atmosphere . Manger was very nice . She let me try their new desert called not sure if I’m spelling correct charros . So delicious . I brought my grandson charros home . He loved it . I will definitely be returning . My mango pina colada was the best .

Que Pasa is just one of those feel good restaurants. From the time I walk in until the time I leave I know I’ll be having the best time. I always start my experience by requesting my favorite server Seth (he’s the best!) and grabbing one of their delicious margaritas. The food, service, and management have never been anything less than perfect for me. Definitely a fun, family friendly place to dine at. 10/10 from me :)

My family and I went to Que Pasa for dinner and Seth was our server. He was super attentive and friendly! He gave a recommendation on an entrée to my grandmother and she absolutely loved it. He also made conversation with us and overall made our experience very enjoyable. Will be asking for him next time we go!

Alexis was the best!! She seemed busy but we never needed to ask for anything. She knew what we wanted before we did. We got our food quickly and it was delicious fresh and hot. We will be back and ask for Alexis in the future. What a fun time.

This is my go-to mexican resturant. At lunch time it's not super packed which I like. The food is always yummy. I never have issues. I go probably once a month. I ate chips and queso, steak quesedilla, and a mango margarita.
Parking: Parking can be difficult at times. It starts a parking lot with a strip mall.
Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly at all times of the day. Not a bar but does have alcoholic beverages.

One thing Lake Charles isn't lacking is Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurants. Casa Mañana and Que Pasa however, have been serving our community awesome food and service for 48 and 18 years respectively. That type of longevity can only occur when a restaurant is doing right by its customers. That's what a restaurant has to do to survive that long.
What it doesn't have to do to be successful is to give back. As we in Louisiana say, "that's lagniappe." That's what the Martels offer SWLA. I want to thank them for supporting the children in need in our community and the Kiwanis Club of Lake Charles. Please support two businesses that invest in making our community better!

We had a reservation, and they had our table ready with chips/salsa as soon as we walked in. Our entire party was not there as scheduled and was trickling in, but the server was really prompt with our drink order. I ordered the street taco plate and asked for no onions. The plate came exactly as I ordered. The beef was cold, which was very disappointing. Fortunately for me, my husband ordered the combination fajitas. I placed the beef from my taco on his skillet to heat it up. Everyone in our party seemed to enjoy the food and the company. The server was great. Would I eat here again? Yes.
We didn't have any food, so I can't rate it, but Melondy was awesome at the bar! We came in town from Houston, and we were looking for some good margaritas while there. This place did not disappoint! Thanks for taking care of us Melondy!

We always go here and get the same thing. But, tonight for a birthday dinner, I decided to get the Fajita quesadilla. It came with only 4. They were very skimpy. No bed of lettuce,or any lettuce for that matter. 1 tbs.each of guacamole and sour cream. I asked our waiter if this was correct? He said he would check in it. Or party was quite large and he was waiting our table solo, so by the time he delivered all of the food, my food was cold. I just asked him to bring a to go box and I would doctor it up at home and bring it to work for lunch. When he brought the bill, it was $36 for 1 Fajita quesadilla, 1 tea and 1 water!! I was even charged for the guacamole and sour cream! My husband and I go to this place every week, but I'm rethinking this. This is just beyond ridiculous! I didn't even think to take a picture of my food.

I absolutely loved the service. The beautiful young lady named Lenny was our server. she was very quick, perfect manors. She went above and beyond and even watched her help another waiter that was struggling. the food was great drinks as well. loved the way it was decorated! We will definitely be going back.
