Rita’s is a family owned local business. I had the crab stuffed burger and it was the bomb! The fried ribs are freakin awesome too! If your in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Very friendly service too!
Visited their food truck while spending a day at Rutherford. I highly recommend the fried ribs. They're a bit on the greasy side, but so so so good. Only thing that would make it better is some kind of dipping sauce? Overall, it's amazing! And Ms Rita is very kindTried the ribs again today and they were less greasy today and full of so much flavor. 10/10
Sadly, Rita's has been devastated by back to back hurricanes ?. Praying for Ms.Rita and all those affected by these storms.Hoping to hear her voice again at a grand re-opening! God bless
