I ordered sandwiches which were very good. I also ordered a salad with nuts and crasins. Not impressed with the salad..... over priced for what you get. Chick felay you get a great salad fir same price.

My boyfriend and I visited this location this past week. It was quick and easy to order. I ordered the French Twist, and broccoli soup. He ordered the Chipotle Chicken.A lady brought two soups out to two customers who ordered after me. After one lady spoke up and said “I ordered mine to go”. She went to the back and they realized that should have gone to me. She came back out with it and apologized.I couldn’t even finish eating my sandwich because something about it tasted off and disgusting. My boyfriend enjoyed his meal.The restrooms were not clean, and the place seems outdated. While leaving another lady walked out with an order. As she got half way to her car, one of the employees ran out of the store and took the bag back. I assume she gave her the wrong order… I hope she remade that persons food considering it was outside the store…Later that night, I came home and I was severely sick. I’m not saying that I got food poisoning, but I personally won’t be eating here again.UPDATE: THANK YOU Roly for responding! I am not interested in visiting again, but for responding to my complaint and trying to make it right I really appreciate it. Who knows, maybe after I recover I’ll try again. Thank you again.

Terrible customer service and incompetent staff. I must say, it was a complete nightmare. The customer service was absolutely terrible - rude, and downright disrespectful. The staff seemed completely clueless and incompetent, unable to answer even the most basic of questions. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and ineptitude is truly mind-boggling. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

This place is one of the best places to eat at. I loved the food and the way I was treated well I was there. The atmosphere was very nice all the workers were so nice to everyone.Parking: Parking was not definitely at all. There was a huge parking lot. Even durning the busy hours there was still enough parking space.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly I brought my sister with me. They treated her with such respect. She now says it’s her favorite place to eat at.Wheelchair accessibility: A lot of room in the restaurant. There are tables that have wheelchair access. Also a ramp to get into the building.

Paid 13.00 for a wrap bread! Maybe 2 tablespoons of chicken salad, 2 slices of Avocado, 50 extra for a slice of cheese, 1 piece of lettuce leaf and 2 half slices of tomato! I would add a pic, but it won't let me! I decided to give them another chance after the last time about a year ago, when the girl making the wrap was standing there squeezing her pimples at the wrap station!

Waited in the parking lot until the specified ready time wich was over 30 minutes, that was fine but once it was time it wasn't ready they said give them a "few" minutes I gave them 10 then got sent out again. Went back 3 times total finaly after more time passed I went in the 3rd time they said it's on the grill now. That kinda sucked waiting an hour but the food was beyond delicious. Literally the absolute best hot pressed wraps around. I belive it was called Santa fe wrap or something similar. waiting time sucked but the wrap was beyond expectations & absolutely perfect. Seriously never had a wrap that good!

I wrote in and explained the terrible experience. These people never got in touch with Me. They took my money and gave me good that someone else picked up and drove off. He brought it back and it was all tumbled and soup spilled all over . My husband just came out of hospital. It was so gross we threw it away31.00 dollars down the trash. No manager nor owner ever cared or called
