Saltgrass Steak House

Table was small and the server spiky my full martini in me at the end. I was soaked and it ruined the rest of our date night bc I had to go home. Didn't offer anything for doing it.

Food was great and brought to the table in a timely manner that allowed us to enjoy the appetizers and salads before our main courses arrived. Victoria took great care of us without missing a beat serving our group of 13.

From the time we walked in the door to walking out, it was an awesome visit. Food was Grrrreeattt!! Server was Grrrreatt!!

I asked the waiter for a medium rare Pittsburgh cooked steak and he said tonight is your lucky night. I’m from Pittsburgh and I know exactly what you want. The waiter brought out one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. . Great service and great food that night

I ordered a steak and fish from Saltgrass in Lake Charles through Uber Eats, but only received the fish. When I called the restaurant, they said their paper ran out, so they didn’t know a steak was ordered, which makes no sense for a restaurant of this level. When I asked for compensation or even an apology, they refused and told me to contact Uber Eats instead. Very disappointing experience and completely unprofessional customer service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

When the complimentary garlic bread comes out cold and you ask for a second one, it too comes out cold you know the rest of your meal is not going to be good. We had a great waiter though, too bad we didn't stay! Went to Vic's and received top notch food and service.

Granddaughter's best friend and herself visited this restaurant for senior high school homecoming dinner.
Waited on immediately after being seated.
Ordered appetizer, sweat tea and dinner plate.
Received appetizer with no problem.
Other patrons that came in were seated and served.
Waitress tending our table came by and admitted she failed to put our order in fifteen or twenty minutes after receiving appetizer, but assured that food was being rushed.
Once again waited and patrons that ordered at the same time as the waitress indicated that she corrected the mistake received their food, completed meal and left.
Told waitress they need our meal boxed to go.
And they waited.
No Manager ever came by to check or assure they were being taken care of.
No one came to their aid.
Well, made it home with a cold meal.
Guess Table 86, party of 2 gets this type of special service to make homecoming memorable.

Shaneequa was such a great server, and the food was amazing!

This establishment was great. The only complaint I have is my steak was very well done as opposed to medium well.

This place sucks for families. Was told 23 minute wait time at 8:45pm on a Monday. Waited 30 mins and asked young black girl at front desk how much longer and was told “when you get a text it’s ready” no eye contact. Then we are finally seated but they didn’t bring a booster seat for my 2 year old. It’s 9:10 at this point. We are finally ordered and 20 mins into that the waiter says they are out of the steak we ordered. Why did I wait 20 minutes? I have no idea. It’s 9:50 at this point. We are the only ones in here and haven’t gotten our food. The only good part of the service was the waiter guy. Every other employee avoided eye contact the whole evening. Do not go here. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Reservation for 8. Table not ready, service average at Best. Porterhouse steak unevenly cooked. Beer is good, nice cool mug, nothing that makes you want to go back but nothing that says don't go back.

We hosted our group in the private room and the team handing our service were outstanding!

Worst steak I ever had. All 3 steaks in our party were so overcooked it looked gray and tasted like shoe leather. Management was terrible.
