As per the server chicken is halal as the owner is Muslim . Although I ate shrimp po boy and it was good size and tasty , lots of dressings are available .Fried shrimp and fries were also well done . Next time we will eat chicken. Inside and outside seating area are well maintained and clean .I will highly recommend to enjoy southern authentic taste in lake charles .

My Meme introduced me to this restaurant a few months ago and it’s been one of my favorites ever since. The staff is nice, and they do an amazing job on the food. I’m thankful for Lake Charles to have them.

ordered the Philly cheese steak poboy. great price for great quality food. this was my first visit and I must say I will return. $11 for sandwich and fries that's cheaper than any of the fast food chains.
