This is the absolute best donut shop I’ve ever went to! They have very fast service, great food, and the employees are amazing! Shoutout to Gracelyn, Alyssa, and Jenny! I also recommend the Boudin Kolaches and the Salted Caramel iced coffee! Definitely coming back!
I have been ordering a dozen blueberry donuts every other week for years. On the website it says blueberry cake donuts. They have always come with blueberries in them and they have always been glazed. I placed exactly the same order today and received a dozen plain donuts with a slight purplish tinge, but no blueberries, no blueberry flavor, and no glaze. I have called and spoken to the manager three times, but she refuses to make anything right. Something has changed at Shipley's, and not for the better. Be very careful when you order from them!

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not accept the rewards code and will not honor coupons in the app. Really disappointing, especially with this particular location being the only Shipley's for miles when we're out of town.

This franchise does not participate in the Do-Happy Rewards program. They are listed in the app and they are setup for the rewards program but they have disconnected the scanner so that you cannot check-in. I told them the issue with the scanner is that it is not plugged in; I even offered to plug it back in for him. That’s when he informed me that it was unplugged intentionally. On top of that, there is a sign in the window stating that they accept ALL COMPANY AND COMPETITOR COUPONS. They do not. Either someone needs to get someone new to run that location, or someone should be speaking with the owner regarding conditions involved with the Company Brand.
