Absolutely terrible food and service. I worked at Sonic for quite a while so I know how things should run. Carhops are definitely not supposed to walk around playing on their cellphones in and outside especially when food is taking over 30 minutes to come out. The screen said our order was on the way a full 15 minutes before we pressed the button again and asked where the food was. They never made it. When we finally got our food it was wrong and cold, as if they just gave us whatever they had out so we would go away. When we asked for a manager the carhop caught an attitude. The manager was no help either, he just made excuses about how they were busy because of doordash and waitr. I asked how that explained the carhops taking pictures on snapchat on their phones...he tried saying they were on their personal cellphones "trying to figure stuff out". I called corporate but no one seems to care. We'll definitely never be back to this sonic.

Extremely long wait times for them to take my order.When I finally get them to actually answer after 15 to 20 minutes, my order comes out wrong anyways after Employees have attitude problems if you being the order back for correction.Dont waste your lunch breaks at this location.

I love sonic. There food is always fresh and hot and their service is fast.
The young man that waited on me was awesome! The intercom wasn't working properly so he came right out to explain to me the specials and to make sure I got what I needed. He was friendly and helpful. On the down side... this store is not well lit at all! It is gloomy and dark all around it, Not sure why.
