Sonic in this area has gone downhill fast. Used to be pretty good. Now it's subpar about the level of McDonalds. And if you get something that automatically is supposed to come with a sauce, like French toast sticks or Cinnabon dessert, prepare for a fight and double check your food. Because 9 times out of 10 they won't bring it to you. You have to call them and tell them, and you will often times be told to look again even though you just did and it's not there. Nearly every time. It's tiring.

Sonic ordering system sucks. It's massively inconsistent between nationwide, local, mobile ordering, at driveup, I'll seem to have different products. Yes 80% of them were the same but 20% of it you can order at the drive-up or you can order it through the mobile app but none of that 20% you can order on either one. Do better Mr Sonic

I'm on a soft diet and thought I would get the popcorn chicken thinking that it would be tender and it was anything but. They were hard as rocks and the meal was barely warm. Don't think I will try this location again. The service otherwise was good. Carhop was friendly.

I ordered a chicken sandwich plain(even explained that I wanted only the meat and bread) and it came with everything.I hit the button again and explained what happened and asked if I could get one plain and john said it's on its way.After 20 minutes I hit the button again to make sure they were still making the sandwich(it wasn't busy) and they laughed at me. I had to wait an hour before I gave up.
