So first off I'm going to give a bit of context: 1.) I'm have severe social anxiety 2.) I was trying something new 3.) I had no service so when I tried to pull out the app to order it wouldn't load. I don't know who it was but the person who took my order was so sweet and helpful, when I couldn't get the words out to order my drink they started to ask questions to narrow it down and get what I wanted. To whoever took my drink order: Thank you so much! You were so accommodating when most people would have just ignored my problem and had me step aside until I could order on my own. - Icarus

Drive thru is the slowest one ever, an hour long and the line didn’t even have that many cars in it. Once we get to the window the system was down so we could not use points. The hot drink was not hot and the cold drinks like they were sitting forever and did not come with the extra topping we ordered and paid for.

I don’t know what’s going on with this placed but this is the 3rd day in a row I ordered from this Starbucks and the latte tastes disgusting!! No flavor! this staff obviously does not know how to make the drinks. Just horrible
