Drive thru is the slowest one ever, an hour long and the line didn’t even have that many cars in it. Once we get to the window the system was down so we could not use points. The hot drink was not hot and the cold drinks like they were sitting forever and did not come with the extra topping we ordered and paid for.

I don’t know what’s going on with this placed but this is the 3rd day in a row I ordered from this Starbucks and the latte tastes disgusting!! No flavor! this staff obviously does not know how to make the drinks. Just horrible

Early morning and only one person was working. She was Great! She took care of us and had a pleasant attitude the whole time. She also warmed my cake without me even asking. Plus the service was pretty quick for one person working.

I went to order at 7:40 p.m. kali gave me attitude about she isn't serving food because she turned the oven off and she is walking out at 8:00. I asked what time they close. She said in 5 minutes. I ask so not 8:00. She rolled her eyes and neck. I asked her not to give me attitude and ask for her name. I didn't ask her to warm anything I could have done it myself. I just didn't like the attitude I didn't give her attitude til afterwards.
I order the same thing every single morning. I asked for a splash of milk to cover just a little ice for my triple iced espresso. The guy this morning I guess didn't understand that. It was too much milk.l he put in there. The lady working this morning with the glasses told me, "We can't put that much milk! It would be considered a Latte!" Proceeding to roll her eyes at me. I am aware of that which is why I asked for a splash of milk I did not ask for that much milk! And then she proceeded to tell me in a rude tone, oh yea there is your bagel. My co workers and I spend $$ in your location. We will not be returning. The employee (girl) that is working morning shift today was just plain up rude! She completely ruined my morning experience with this location.

I'm really annoyed with this location, the store opens at 11:30am and being a mall employee it's imperative that we are plan and prepare the night before. They had customers waiting outside at least 15 mins after opening time. There was no apology, no explanation up until I decided to ask. It was unprofessional and disappointing.
