I forgot to order a cake pop and I ask the lady in the window if she could add it for me and she said no you have to go around FOR A CAKE POP I would understand if it was a coffee or a hot item but it’s a cake pop.!!! It’s always in this Starbucks that they are rude or always have an attitude

Ryan st is one of my favorite locations! I don’t come nearly as often as i used to (husband bought me an espresso machine so I’d stop spending money lol) but when i do still come they are always super friendly, acknowledge every person that comes through the door!! No matter how busy they are they make time!! Food is always hot and delicious and the atmosphere is superb !!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered thru a delivery service, over an hour later and my order still wasn't ready . The delivery driver sat there waiting and waiting. That's absolutely ridiculous to have someone wait that long for some coffee!! I never received my order either. Starbucks count your days !

It was awesome I got the Honey citrus mint tea or medicine ball as some people call it and I really think it helps! I was feeling better after drinking it.
Great coffee, the only problem I have consistently is my coffee doesn’t taste the same as it did the time before.

Unfortunately this location is not meeting Starbucks standards! Weak coffees several weeks ago so we began using another location! After several weeks we decided to try again. NOT. TODAY, all three coffees of our order were very weak. They remade all three and they were worse! Avoid this location!

If you gwt the oatmilk shaken espresso just add like 3 pumps regular sugar, it's like drinking an espresso oatmeal cookie. Yum!

This Starbucks location has no covering over the drive-thru order speaker area. So essentially, if you want to order, you have to have your car rained in until you finish ordering. This is absurdly unprofessional oversight for the owner of this location. We live in south Louisiana, which newsflash, means it rains a lot, and it didn't occur to these geniuses that maybe, like every single other drive-thru, we should put a covering over the menu where people have to roll down their window?
