This is hands down my favorite Starbucks in the Lake Charles area! Troy is the best!! He’s very welcoming, I feel like I’m home when I visit. I’m always met with a smile by all of the staff! I remember a time when they didn’t have oat milk one day and were very apologetic about it and gave me the option of using almond instead— as a consolation, I was given a cake pop, how thoughtful! They’ve fixed several coffees that were previously bought from the Prien Lake location due to being in proximity to it at the time. I haven’t been disappointed. I do hope people who’ve had a less than satisfactory experience give them another try!
