My son went into Kroger to get a coffee from Starbucks after he got his hair cut and even though it was only 4 PM and there was an employee there, they had already placed a closed sign on the counter and would not serve him. There were no signs announcing shortened hours anywhere in sight so there is NO REASON that they could not make him a coffee. We then proceeded to the one on Prien Lake so you can go to their page to see my review on them. Starbucks apparently employs a bunch of lazy people with zero customer service skills. The ONLY reason that we even tried to go there waas because our regular coffee shops have early hours that they actually advertise so we know what to expect. Starbucks was the only one with locations supposedly open after he got off work.
