The service is really good. And the sea food is delicious.

The gps drive getting there was a little off nonetheless we made it. Our party ordered a great mix of food. It was delicious! Will definitely be returning if ever in the area again.

There are two locations and both are delicious. Whenever I head through lake Charles I stop in to get my fix. It's hard to find good Cajun food in Texas so I'm excited when I cross that state line and see the sign for steam boat bills

Great simple Cajun seafood classics and plenty of options for the less adventurous. Would absolutely come back for the food. The girl taking our order at the cashier wasn't very helpful with how to put together the options/add-ons, could barely understand her mumbling. Our table server was great.
Overall, it's definitely worth a stop!

In town for work and wanted a fun crawfish dinner. Steamboat bills offer’s a great, family laid back atmosphere. As a non experienced seafood boil orderer, I recommend getting less than 4 pounds of crawfish as you can share it with one other person. The Louisiana bread was chewy and so good. Check out Steamboat Bills you won’t be disappointed.

Phenomenal food

Steamboat bills was good. You receive a lot of food. The only thing that was different for me was that the shrimp or smaller now but we had a lot of leftovers. The taste was great.

Food, drinks and service was very good. Will definitely go back. Was late night eating so didn't eat alot of food at that time.

If you're craving a true taste of Louisiana, you absolutely have to visit Steamboat Bill's. I recently had the pleasure of dining here, and let me tell you, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
We kicked things off with the Boudin Balls, and they were the perfect crispy, savory bite to start our meal. The seasoning was spot-on, and the filling had just the right amount of spice as did the dipping sauce. If you love rich, flavorful food, this appetizer is a must.
Then came the Shrimp Étouffée – a bowl of comfort and flavor! The shrimp were tender and perfectly cooked, and the sauce was so rich and decadent, with just the right amount of heat to make each bite a treat. Paired with some fluffy rice, it was an absolute winner.
The Gumbo was another standout. Every spoonful was a warm, flavorful journey, packed with a great blend of spices, chicken, and sausage. It truly brought the essence of Louisiana to the table, and you could taste the love and tradition in every bite.
My wife tried the Baked Potato topped with fried shrimp and shrimp étouffée. Yes, you read that right—fried shrimp on a baked potato, drizzled with more shrimp étouffée. It was like a whole meal in one bite, and it hit every single craving we had for something indulgent and comforting.
The flavors are authentic, the dishes are hearty, and the atmosphere is just as welcoming as you'd expect from a place with this much soul. I can't recommend this place enough! Whether you're a fan of seafood, spicy dishes, or just great comfort food, this place has it all. Every single staff member I talked with was kind and professional. I felt like a mere mortal walking alongside the gods.

Make sure to come hungry—because you'll want to try everything. Trust me, you won’t leave disappointed.

It was an enjoyable experience. We drove down from Beaumont for lunch. We were really looking forward to having boiled Louisiana crab. Regrettably, it is only served on weekends, after 5:00 PM. The servers were great!
