“My favorite Subway location as far as freshness quality. Never out of bread choices. Friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but my bread was slightly burned on my sandwich. Other than that, my experience was a strong 4.5 stars.
Vegetarian options: Super fresh veggies. Ordering a salad would be perfect at this location.
Parking: Shared lot with other shops. Plenty of parking and rarely busy at dinner. Lunch is very busy at this location. I recommend using the app in advance to order lunch.“
“I don’t know this girls name but she had either blue or purple hair, whichever one is was pretty either way but that’s besides the point. Let me tell you this girl had everything lined up perfectly. The presentation of the vegetables were fresh and very neat. She deserves a raise or something. I have never been to a subway where the stuff inside the case looked so nice. Good job girl. Keep it up. Now I will not be going to any other Subway. Thank you for making my experience so great.“
“Let me just start by saying I LOVE THIS LOCATION!! Me and my husband went in right before they closed..... Like so close to closing that they had already counted the money in the till and picked up all of the chairs. But they insisted that they serve us and they did so without attitude and with huge personalities and amazing smiles. They joked around with us made us laugh and made the experience extremely pleasant and entertaining. Thank you so much to Lakyn and Ms. Teal. This is now going to be our go-to location anytime we want Subway. So if you're looking for a good experience when you're getting your Subway sandwiches, I highly recommend you go by this location, and tell them Becky and Richard sent you. Lol“
“Small little one on the corner of Enterprise Blvd and Prien Lake road,(really on the side of the gas station that is actually on the corner) but never -the- less you'll see it on e you turn into the station and then head West in station parking lot
Parking: Very tiny 4 car parking lot. It's really good to just go through the drive thru when visiting here. But other than that, everything you have expectations for at subway, you should have no problems getting to complete your order here. Just try not to stay in and done inside, unless you see the opportunity to get a good spot for entering and exiting that place... For sure! I usually park in the parking lot of the gas station nextdoor, and I don't have a problem when it's time to go, and my full size 4dr 4x4 isn't blocked in by only a couple more cars than before I go inside and order... Shhhh I probably shouldn't be telling my secrets of success to the easy access methods of attack I use, but it is pretty obvious to realize that you can park here and conveniently Walk in and out quick and easy... even the drive thru is a difficult experience in larger vehicles... That's why I don't do that drive thru thing,and I felt the need to get the point across about the whole tiny bit of parking lot of which is home to the smaller than normal drive thru with the narrowest access to the order window EVER!!“
“Wevisted towards the end ofvthe lunch rush. The manager was by herself but was able to get the customers served in a timely manner.
Dietary restrictions: I am on the Mediterranean diet, and they have the protien bowl, which is a great option since i dont eat bread.“
“Subway is Subway, no matter where you go usually. My favorite is on Ryan street across from the Hixon funeral home. Friendly and personable employees, busy but polite. The one on hwy 14 on the other hand is usually not as friendly, I guess the area engenders an attitude. Just my opinion.“
“My 1st experience here 8/29/24 was terrible. The "top picks" Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch sandwich sounded delicious, so I ordered it via the app. I let them know I placed an online order & was waiting at 1 of their tables. They flagged me down right when they finished making my sandwich & I immediately drove over to the Golden Nugget. I was famished, so unfortunately, I inhaled the 1st half on the drive over - yuck, it was cold!! ? After I parked, I double-checked my receipt & it definitely showed "toasted" on it, but they definitely did not toast nor warm anything on my sandwich. It made my tummy off - I couldn't finish the rest of it, so I sadly threw the rest of the footlong away. ?
After my extremely disappointing sandwich, I provided my 1st Subway survey feedback. A couple of days later, I was surprised that I got an email from the owner. In order to try to rectify the mistake, she offered me a free replacement footlong. ❤️
I'm not a local, so I had to wait a bit to redeem the sandwich on my next Lake Charles road trip. Fast forward to 11/5/24 - I finally redeemed my free footlong. ? Instead of ordering something new/exciting, I just went with my traditional favorite, the meatball sub. Definitely hit the spot with the usual Subway deliciousness!! ?“
“After trying 2 other Subways (all closed), this particular Subway was not only open, but exceptional in their service. Shout out to Devon & Quinn! We have 6 children and we could not have asked for more attentive and patient service. This was our first trip to Lake Charles and we will probably drive the extra distance to give this particular establishment our $$$. Well done! “Shout out to Liz for her incredible customer service last night. She made awesome suggestions and the food was fresh! She was patience with my 5 year old as he was changing his mind several times, and even let him sample a sauce for his sandwich which he loved! The store was very clean. “I do love Subway. I don’t love however the way they are always out of things on their menu. It seems to be a systemic problem with Subway since it happens in almost every location I have visited over the years. It is literally my only complaint. Also, there have been many menu changes. It isn’t necessary. Just keep it simple and keep your options ready for your customers. It’s aggravating to go in wanting something and finding out it isn’t available. This usually happens with the bread options.“
“I went for early Sunday dinner this evening and both ladies were still working on my online order doing a great job! My order (6 subs) were done perfect and correctly. It was really nice to walk in, the place was very clean and stocked. BONUS - I saved $7.82 in deals and didn't realize till I got home and looked at the receipt! ?“
