I would’ve never gave any stars due to the service and food ,number one is that their advertisement says they cut their meat fresh their meat cutter has never ever been used . Number two , today is that we was in line for a whole hour and they lost at least eight customers due to one person in the store to prepare subs This place should be shut down

Awesome expert every time I go in. Food is fresh and sandwiches are made to perfection. I read some old ads of people complaining about when they opened their sandwich there wasn’t enough of this or that. Give me a break people. You stand right in front of them watching them made it. But anyway it’s a great location. Dont forget to tip.

Had a pick up and didn’t hear any chips so luckily I opened the bag. No employees were in the front so I called out for one, and she proceeded to say there were no chips in the order when they were clearly listed on the receipt. She said “ok you can go ahead and grab it” and went to the back. Because I had to open the secured bag to check, with the bag being flimsy every thing fell out, I’m also 5 months pregnant and picking it up and luckily there was a helpful customer in the shop to help me pick it all up. Horrible employees consistently at this location but this just threw me over the edge.

Showed up 6 minutes before they closed and there sign on there window was lit up showing they were still open. So when went to open there door, both employees that were working looked at me then turned around showing me they were ignoring me. So i got back into my vehicle and called to let them know if they want to close early next they might want to turn off the open sitn showing they were still open. Then whomever that answered there phone, did not say anything at all, not even an apology for ignoring me at the door the 1st time. This will get rosloved tomorrow when I willl get to speak to a real manager. Even the night manager refused to give me his name as i asked while i waited outside in my car and as he was locking up. So i got refused and ignored by the night manager, also was hung up on when I called to address the issue.

Forgot to put meat on our sandwich and took 30 minutes despite us being the only ones there. It was 2 sandwiches.

I got home after purchasing two footlong that took 20 minutes to make and they didn’t have any meat at all. Go to Nelson Rd, don’t waste your time here.

This is by far the worst Subway in town. Most of the staff is generally nice, but there is always one male employee there who is consistently awful. I was never looked in the eye and almost never spoken to. I didn't get asked what vegetables I wanted, they just slid the sandwich over then stared at me. Sauce is never applied evenly on the sandwich; it is always extremely concentrated in the center as the man always puts one giant blob there. This didn't only just happen today, it's every time. Better off going to literally ANY other Subway in town as I've never had an issue anywhere else.
