DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SUBWAY ESPECIALLY FOR MOBILE ORDERS. Sandwiches we're not made with fresh ingredients . Was not made to order. And can I get in touch with manager or anybody to get a refund. Now almost been a week and nobody has gotten in touch with me. I even went there and they left a message for the manager and said he was going to call me back . But nothing. Please do not use this one. The store does not even have a working phone so you can't call them you have to drive there to talk to anybody

Drove for 6 hours and found this subway that said they were closed 1 and a half hours earlier than the sign said they closed.

Most trashy subway i ever been in and I want money back
Made a online order, walked up as they were making my sandwiches. Asked on ticket for it to be cut into thirds but it couldn't be done because the bread was already cut in half and they were making one half at a time. My extra meat was not on my sandwiches which they swear it was. David and the girl with the headphones on her neck fixing the sandwiches both looked dirty. The attitudes are the worst. That store needs a all new makeover. Sandwiches so sloppy because they cut you sandwich in half then make them. David said this is how they are trained to make them. I want ever order from there again.
This subway would not be such a bad rating. If the chubby little lady behind the counter didn’t have such a terrible attitude closes the store at random hours and puts next to nothing on the sandwich like it’s coming out of her pocket directly. She also just charged me for chips and a drink when all I got was the sandwich And refused to give me the receipt. Do not go here there’s a way better one just up the road.

Placed a pick up order, arrived at the pick up time to an empty store. The staff member told us to come back he was on break. So we left, came back 20 mins later and he canceled our order. I won’t be returning.

The Manager was phenomenal she had such a positive attitude and service was very quick .. sandwiches where made perfect not to much not to little i would definitely come back as long as shes there … i believe she said her name was

I place a order on the app and went to get my order 2 toasted footlong. I got one toasted and one burnt to be rock hard when I get home. The number on goggle just rings and rings. The location needs new owner or manager ASAP!

I ordered a footlong chicken teriyaki, she DID NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, I've been a manager at subway for 5 years and she completely did everything wrong! The sandwich was sloppy, messy, cold, I told her I wanted it toasted neither of them were and I can tell bc the bread wasn't even toasty or nothing. Then she refused to give me a managers number. This store is absolutely unprofessional and need new workers/management. Bread is also undercooked!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS STORE REALLY NEEDS A REASSESSMENT

There is no employee here but the store is open and the cashier in walmart said theyve been gone over 45 minutes! This is the second subway ive been to tonight.!?
I have waited over 30 minutes for an employee to show up. She walked out to go smoke as I was walking up to the store front. She still has not come back in
After trying 2 other Subways (all closed), this particular Subway was not only open, but exceptional in their service. Shout out to Devon & Quinn! We have 6 children and we could not have asked for more attentive and patient service. This was our first trip to Lake Charles and we will probably drive the extra distance to give this particular establishment our $$$. Well done! Thanks for making our short trip to Louisiana a wonderful set of memories.
Rude ...!!!! I've visited this establishment twice and each time you have to hunt down the employees to even get your order taken and then they act like you a bother to them..on top of they never have anything put out so you have not much to choose from . I wont be back
