Ordered on the subway app had to cancel my order called them to cancel they said they could not cancel it asked to talk to a manager they told me the manager wasn’t not there and then hung up on me.

I went in the store the other day and Mr Marquez was by himself due to some circumstances I can't recall. It was busy but he was calm yet efficient. Still cordial and smiling under pressure. Our sandwiches were perfect. Well done, Sir.

HANDS DOWN THE CLEANEST SUBWAY! And the ladies in the afternoon on my lunch hour are the nicest, most attentive, … they laugh, they know their customers when someone comes in. I have seen them call them by name. It is just overall a great experience

Vegetarian options: You have the option if a salad or sandwich with no meat and all vegetables.
I love it. It's healthy food, but the subs have gotten so small over the years.Doesn't meet the price of the sandwich has it. It's.Size

Ordered online. Went in to pick up, and the line was very long. Noticed the "mobile order" shelf, so I sat down and waited. I waited for 30 minutes, and eventually the order on the app said it was "ready". There was still no sandwich on the shelf, so I walked up to the counter and told the lady the name on the order. She handed me a sandwich from the counter behind her withought a word (at this point it was no longer busy) and did not have my whole order. I don't usually leave bad reviews but this subway isn't great.....
