Been going to this Taco Bell for a while now. The service always takes longer than expected. My food was softly thrown in front of my face. With that they are poorly preparing the food I’m paying for. Hopefully yall get better.

I've been going here since the 90s and finally have to stop. The employees have always been great, but the company has really messed up with their copycat Alexa drive through menu. When you order a combo if there's one item not available, fake Alexa tells you the combo isn't available and you have no idea which item isn't available. Then you order another combo and that one may not be available either. Then you order an individual item and that's when you start finding out what they're out of.
It's super aggravating having to jump around picking different items, especially when what you actually wanted isn't available. Add to that the way they're pushing chicken so hard and are constantly out of items with beef. I understand. I understand the economy is weird but Taco Bell could at least make it easier for us to order without having to keep hoping something is available. The menu could literally have lines through unavailable items...it's 2025 for crying out loud. This is my last visit to Taco Bell. It's just a hassle anymore to actually leave with something you want.

I order 2 crunchy tacos. 1 with beef the other 1 with chicken. The chicken was cold, had to bring back to get it right. I will NEVER return to that TACO BELL 🔔. It was even busy when I went. It was 3pm.

Very bad in Spanish the Night Shift is the manager
Very bad service by the manager who works on the night shift she has no kind of education or respect Asia the client I am a dasher worker and today is 09/28/2025 that date is so that they know who is working that day they should change her because we are not to blame for her personal problems or the problem she has so that she comes to treat one badly that is not good for the work away many clients should take measures I report her with the dasher too
I went to pick up an order that they gave me in the dasher and when I arrived and said the name of the customer that lady told me that that order had already been picked up by someone else more than an hour ago and I told her I just took the order and that I was going. Call the company and report what is happening and that lady threw me out of the window without wanting to solve the problem

Girl at the window with the cute eyebrows is a rockstar. Give her a raise She’s a sweetheart she made sure to pay attention to the details of my order and even helped me with making my order easier to carry
A buddy and I went in the drive through to order and was informed that they were out of beef. That would be like going to Popeye’s and being out of Chicken. Come on now, management! Get it together, and stay on top when ordering product. They were nice about it though.
The kiosk doesn’t work, it took 30 minutes to place my order for a family of 4. There was no line others that came in using other kiosks had similar problems.
Ordered four crunchy tacos at the ordering station and when I went to the window I asked to upgrade to a party pack and I understand I should’ve done it at the ordering station but she proceeds to say no and that that’s like 12 more tacos and I tell her I’m going to go back around anyways. (Just wanna mention no one was behind me) and then when I say that she says fine and gives me an attitude?? Ms girl it didn’t even take five minutes(great timing btw) but work on that attitude, you cannot be fourty with a fast food job AND A BAD ATTITUDE

Drive thru experience was as expected, food ok, service seemed distracted. Auto voice order taking a bit unsettling with Midwest accent!

I just have to say that the sodas when you order from the drive thru are good but if you come to the dining room for a refill from the soda machine in the lobby the sodas are disgusting and flat SHAME ON YOU forgot giving your costumers the quality they deserve.
