Honestly one of the worst Taco Bell they do everything half ass manager and employees need to do better at least have a bit of pride on how you make the food yeah you are working at Taco Bell but have a bit of pride on what you do work wise terrible service and food was terrible.

Not only did I watch an employee walk around the building, sweeping and smoking a joint trying to hide behind the pillar so people didn’t see her. All of my food came out half cooked most of the cheese and all of my items were not cooked or melted or anything worst Taco Bell I’ve absolutely ever been to.

Not only did thy put lettuce on my taco when I asked for none, they didnt even put MEAT on my MEAT NACHOS They weren't busy either so it couldnt have been a mix up. Manager was already yelling at the workers to actually read the screen

My food was good and prepared fresh. The wait in the drive-through was very long. By the time I made it to the speaker, I was told to wait. After a good amount of time had passed with no one in line in front of me, I asked if anyone was there, and I was asked again to wait. About 2 minutes later they were finally ready to take my order, which I had already placed on the app.

30 mins before closing they will say they are out of beef which is CAP. Just soo they don't have to serve you . Almost everything on the menu have beef . How do you run out ?
Food was absolutely unsatisfying by all means. I got the street tacos with the bare minimum. Absolutely pathetic!! When you showcase something it should be done correctly.

The drive through AI makes it so difficult to place your order and it does irritates me every time, I get furious after having to deal with low quality AI instead of a human being, costumise an order is an odyssey, also today I purchased 2 drinks and they delivered to me the drinks warm without any ice , is that for real?
