Since I moved to Lake Charles in August I’ve gone to Taco Bell countless times and never had a problem but today the girl at the window was so rude. I placed an online order and I told the AI thing I had an online order and the AI told me “see you at the window” when I got to the window the girl was so confused and asked what my order was was. When I told her she said next time you have to stop at the speaker and I told her I did and she told me no you didn’t you have to stop and tell it your order and I again told her I did and she preceded to ruff and roll her eye at me and said “have a good day with a attitude”

I ordered a Cantina Chicken Quesadilla with Chipotle sauce instead of the Verde sauce, they got the order correct, but they only cut the quesadilla into 3 instead of the usual 4, and the Chipotle sauce containers were barely even half full instead of the usual completely full. The cheese on the quesadilla was not even melted, and the quesadilla was not cut correctly, so I had to cut it myself so I didn't have to pull it apart.

I ordered Nachos Bellgrande and it was horrible!! It had less than a tablespoon spoon of meat and beans on it and the chips were very stale!
100% of the time they are correct, the correct temp, and put together well. Its a rarity here in LC but this is the only dependable fast food in 30 mile radius easy
Doordashing and being a 3x per week customer, I've seen more than their regional manager of how great this taco bell is
Everyone is top notch, out of maybe 2 years of coming here, the one mistake they had was accidentally grilling my double beef burrito...... which is an extremely happy accident and I'm going to try to find a way to have that happen from now on because that was the best thing I've ever had
Shout out to the full time shaft they work faster than anyone here by 3 fold

2 times now I've order CINNAMON twists and only got twists..there not supposed to be white..where's the CINNAMON??? I understand cutting back on product but these are cinnamon twists..im really sure taco bell can afford cinnamon sugar..Also the meximelts i ordered were microwaved so long that you couldn't peel the paper from the tortilla...it was too far for me to drive back so I lost out on my entire order.. please do better
