The Terrace Restaurant at Lake Area Adventures

I visited The Terrace yesterday with high hopes for a fun evening, and while I did enjoy playing bingo with my friends, my experience with the service left a lot to be desired. To start, when I ordered my drinks, I asked for margaritas on the rocks. I was not informed that they only come in a small size, and after waiting 20 minutes, the server returned to tell me that I could only have frozen margaritas instead. It would have been helpful if she had communicated this upfront so that we weren't left waiting. Next, we ordered some starters, including wings, and I specifically asked for one portion with two different flavors. Instead, she brought us two separate sets of wings with only six pieces each. I decided to pay for this mix-up, even though I hadn't requested two portions. When the bill arrived, it was a shocking $73 more than what we expected. The server charged us for eight margaritas when we only had four, and she added a fruit drink that we never ordered. To make matters worse, she had to amend our bill three times, and it was still incorrect at the end of it all. This experience was incredibly frustrating, and I left feeling disappointed. I won't be returning to The Terrace again. The service was disorganized and unprofessional, which overshadowed what could have been a fun night out. I suggest they improve their communication and billing processes before I consider giving them another chance.

Great atmosphere to hang out while the kids have fun!

The Terrace restaurant has good food, a great atmosphere and live music. Our kids love Lake Area Adventures so this is a win for us! The staff is friendly and always makes our time there enjoyable. Bryce is our go to bartender and treats us like family. If you’re looking for a family and adult friendly place, look no more.

Bingo night outside! Perfect place! Great food, wonderful drinks, and you can bring your kids to play! Our server Bree & Murrelle were great! Definitely will be back every week! ✨

Kids were running through out unsupervised from the Adventure part of the facility through the Terrace and outside and back all night. The food was ediable and wait staff attentive.

It was our first time at The Terrace. I was a little hesitant at first since this was an adult lunch date at a kid's party space, but the ambiance and vibe of this place was superb. Our waiter's energy and enthusiasm to service us was infectious, as well as Sarge, who owns the establishment. Will definitely be back again.

Only 1 waitress for the entire restaurant. We left before ordering.

My husband and I went on a Friday night to listen to John Guidroz play outside on the terrace.
We arrived and found a table.
We were greeted and given drink menus and menu.

I ordered a watermelon drink that was wonderful.
- we ordered Fried Pepper jack bites for an appetizer. It came with a blueberry pepper jelly or dipping sauce.

For our meals we ordered the spicy pizza added shrimp, a custom burger, and the seafood lasagna. The seafood lasagna was on the weekly special for under $12.00.

Everything was great. The size of the pizza and lasagna were priced great for the size.
This was our first time there to eat, we will definitely be back to eat..

The atmosphere was amazing! The food was great! The service was friendly and attentive! The only suggestion I would make is to serve the adult beverages in the glass that suits the drink ? ?

Food was very good and our waitress, Kelsey was very kind and welcoming… Very pleasant experience and I will certainly go back… thanks to The Terrace and Thank you Kelsey….

Great experience since I’ve had my membership! The beautiful patio with amazing servers is amazing in itself but the food is equally as great! I recommend ANY of the flatbreads! Especially the spicy!

Parking: The space is ample and well-designed, ensuring plenty of room to move around comfortably. Safety is a priority, and even at full capacity, there is no need to worry about accidents.

Kid-friendliness: Parents have the opportunity to relax at the bar, enjoy a meal, and engage with their children while they have fun in various activity zones. For those who enjoy video games, the Gamers Lounge is available. Teens can unwind in the Teen Lounge, while older children can expend energy in the Air Park. Additionally, a Ropes Course offers a more challenging experience for those seeking extra excitement!

Absolutely amazing!! The cocktails are unbeatable, the food is top notch and the service couldn’t be better! Everyone there is so nice and you can tell they love their jobs! You have to make a visit!

Absolutely fantastic time here the other night, the Bartender Bri was phenomenal, we tried the pineapple express and we were blown away. We also tried the tenderloin skewers and bayou shrimp. All in all our server Kelsie and Bri really made this a great first experience and we will be back!
