Amazing food and service. Only problem is deciding what to order

B. E.

Ordered the swordfish with seafood glaze and—no joke—I considered writing it a love letter. Perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned, and gone faster than my paycheck on payday.

My wife got the filet, and she was grinning like she just met Taylor Swift. I didn’t even get a bite. That’s how you know it was good.

Finished with the cheesecake, which was so spectacular I may have blacked out mid-bite. Creamy, dreamy, and possibly made by dessert angels.

They even brought a candle for my wife’s celebration, which scored me bonus points I absolutely didn’t earn.

Also had a bottle of wine—shoutout to whoever bottled that magic. You, my friend, are doing the Lord’s work.

Pasta cooked perfectly al dente. Had the tenderloin fettuccine and it was outstanding! Tiramisu for desert and it was in my top 5. I highly recommend

My husband and I found them online and liked what we saw on their menu and decided to try! So glad that we did, it was perfect from start to finish! Stop by if you’re in the area!!!! I’m definitely coming back to visit! We had the duck meatballs, wedge salad, tomato crab house soup, antipasto. Arancini appetizers were absolutely wonderful!

We called and order to go and jeez this place is so amazing.
From the host to the manager (Blakelee) handing me the food from the kitchen when I pick up everyone was smiling.
Best Italian food in Lake Charles.

The main issue was the quality of the meal. We waited forever to get our orders. The veal picatta looked and sounds delicious. Great presentation but lacking on delivery. Veal was tough and chewy. Veal should not be like that. Otherwise, our server was great, and the atmosphere is great as usual.

My first visit to Villa Harlequin: open on on Sunday for Brunch 11 am-2 pm. Open other times during week.

I ordered caesar salad added red onions and 3-cheese pollenta with beef grillades. Caesar salad was delicious--3- cheese polenta had some red pepper, spice--very delicious with beef. Not too hot: spice-wise, but good.

Recommend making reservation before you come. Big thanks to Gary a professional and delightfully hospitable server. Gary made the meal so easy and fun! Thanks, Gary and Villa Harlequin. Food is fantastic--definitely coming back.

DRIVE IN FROM ANOTHER STATE FOR MEDIOCRE FOOD. Descriptions on menu do not reflect its reality. Terrible crab cake (one) for $15. Fried in dirty oil, tiny mostly bread crab cake with with a frozen "Sysco" vibe. Not house made.
Mashed potatoes were a soup of whole fingerling potatoes in a cream sauce that was broken!
Ridiculous!
TERRIBLE service as the waiter felt he needed to reprimand us and teach us how to dine.

Cannot TRUST the descriptions on a MENU.

Overpriced for service and quality.
