My wife and I have been visiting Toga Grill since it opened nearly 15 years ago and the quality is the same today as it was then. Jamal does an outstanding job of providing quality food in a tranquil atmosphere. We have the standard list of items to get on every visit 1) Falafel 2) Grape Leaves and 3) the Garlic Sauce ... it goes on everything.
My wife and I split the Gladiator Platter and left full (almost feeling gluttonous).
If you are looking for quality Mediterranean cuisine in Lake Charles, don't sleep on Toga Grill.

Listen. I’m so use to trying new places and them being mid. The food was great! I was so pleasantly surprised and hope to come again. We got the Combo Entre gyro and Chicken andddd the lamb kabob entre!

The owner is possibly the friendliest person in town. He cooks the most amazing food. I hear there is supposed to be a new segment soon about his secret family receipe falafel. Do yourself a favor go enjoy.

Went with a colleague to try the food out. There were only two other ppl there, and 3 take out orders came through. The humus was a bit off from the traditonal texture and feel, the hot tea was supper sweetened with what appeared to be honey, the brisket on the humus was pretty good, the thicker potatoes were not cooked through, the tabbouleh salad was good, the chicken and beef kabobs were very good but the ground beef patty had too much cilantro in it and was a bit dry. The server was nice and the place was clean.
Nachos were not good. The lettuce was brown and old.
