Always great service, we drive an 90 minutes just to eat here, today there was a mix up on our order, manager promptly came to our table, compted what was wrong and gave a free dessert. It's business the way it used to be done, please the customer and they will return. Was handles exactly as expected and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately I am changing my review! I have been eating Tony's Pizza for about 25 years, and my wife who is from this part of the world has been coming here since they opened. Due to where we live now we often get our pizzas uncooked to go. This last week we placed our usual to go order and picked it up. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home and discover PREMADE FROZEN CRUSTS!?!?! One of the best things about Tony's was their crust! Quite frankly, we may never return!

Absolutely adore this restaurant. It’s been around for so long and the food is just as amazing as it used to be 10 years ago. I ordered shrimp alfredo and loaded cheesy bread and it was delicious. It came out incredibly fast and was very fresh and warm. The waitress who served me was very friendly and attentive. The chef also came to see how I enjoyed my food. Always a go to when I come to Lake Charles.

I hate to say it Tony's Pizza ain't nothing like it use to be in the 80's or 90's this is the second time I've ordered pizza a small before and a medium 9-21-25 and they both where thin slice crust and if I didn't know any better my medium pizza taste like it gave out the grocery store just heated up in there oven smh then it was a lil tough to bite into not like u would a thick crust pizza therefore I won't be order pizzas or muffalidas sandwiches either cause I tried it and didn't like it I think I'll just stay away in all it's just not same quality food anymore to me but each it's own thank you for your kind services anyway.

What a disappointment. I have dined here since 1968 and don't remember the pizza this bad, ever. Not fresh like it used to be and the pizza dough was freezer burnt. Hate to see this iconic place go down like this.
