Great pizza great atmosphere. The only problem was the way the bossy waitress was treating the other waitress. Even cursing about it. Not nice for customers to see. If you want to be a bully. LOOK IN THE MIRROR!

I called in an order for pickup for a friend and myself. When we pulled up to the window, a short little man with gray slicked back hair gave me the most ugly look when I told him I was here to pick up my order. Slick proceeded to go and whisper something into a younger man’s ear (right in front of us while we are just sitting there confused) and then the younger man gives us an ugly look. We didn’t even eat our order, something just felt very off about those men who work there.

The atmosphere is the trick. You think oh wow this place is packed let me try it out. Then you walk in to a sign that says wait to be seated and a lady that says you seat yourself. Only took about 2 mins for the appetizer to come out so I know it’s not fresh. And the pizza looked good but had the exact same consistency as a frozen pizza but with fresh toppings. Definitely would recommend lit pizza over this place even Gatti’s has better tasting food.

Everything was so so good..We ordered the Tony pizza special and the muffalatta sammy....the flavors on both were so delicious, the pizza was thin crust and cooked perfectly and the sandwich was large enough to share and very very moist and tasty....THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME..THANK YOU MISSY AND JULIE.....

Food is delicious, family owned and consistently good. Service is excellent, too. Gets busy at noon, so plan accordingly.

I’ve been a customer for a very long time and was always happy with the food, prices, service. But last time I ordered my usuals, the ratios were definitely under par. The meat on the salads and sandwiches was just not meating. Measly at best. My most recent order however gave me some hope! Our order was a bit more expensive but the food was off the CHARTS phenomenal like the Tony’s I’ve always known and loved. Prices are going up for everyone so I get it, they had to adjust accordingly. So glad to have the good ole Tony’s we know and love, BACK! ❤️?

I have been going to Tony since 1970. I live in Houston so it is always a treat to go when visiting Lake Charles. Unfortunately, things have changed. They microwave their food. I got the roast beef po boy which is what I always get. The bread was so tuff, I asked our server if it was put in the microwave and he said YES. I asked for another bun and it was brought out to me cold. Then another man came and said oh no let me go fix it again so they did, but of course the bun was still cold. They don’t toast it like they did before. My sister got the pizza and again it was microwaved also so the crust was not near as good as it was in years past. Very disappointing, Tony’s will not be a staple for us any more. Management needs to know their standards have dropped quite a bit. The staff was very nice. You do need to teach your check out person not to say “no problem” When someone says, thank you. They should say you’re welcome at least. But… They really should’ve said thank you to me first.
